What do you want in the next bof?

You know this Thread title is very misleading..it made me think that you knew something about the next BoF..I think you should change the title..but anyway I'd like to see these things in it

1: 3d graphics,character,world

2: Real Time action fighting where you can run around and slash the enemy like Tales of Destiny free movement during battles but in 3d

3: an actual love relationship between Ryu and Nina..it's just wrong how in the other BoF's Ryu and Nina get close to being a couple then it just doesn't turn out that way like BoF3 and 4 *was laughing when Ryu was fishing and Nina told him she's in love with Cray..he must of thought when he fell over..ah damn it if she loves Cray why has she been all flirty with me* and when they actually had like a love thing in dragon quarter Nina was way to young and it was more like a big brother little sister thing..throw in a real love relationship between Ryu and Nina or even a love triangle with another female character where there could be two endings depending on who you end up with

4: Above ground please..the underground dungeon look was ok but was kinda annoying with everywhere looking the same also the lack of light was sorta depressing but that was probably what they were going for

5: I want in game voices and FMV voices (if any FMV's at all)..Ryu better not be a mute again like it the other ones..I was like wow Ryu finally talks when I play Dragon Quarter

6: Ryu and Nina no more bizarre clothing and being all skinny like

7: being able to change clothing and actually see them in different clothes would be nice oh yeah and make their weapons visable when they aren't using them like his sword sheathed at his side or behind his back..I mean it's not magic so it shouldn't just disappear when not in battle..Fou Lu had an excuse his sword was magic

8: it would be cool if it was in modern times like with cars and buildings

9: I'd like to see some cool Dragon Transformations all spectacular like

10: No more of that crazy limited save business and having to find save tokens to actually save that was just down right annoying..that kinda thing should not be in a rpg

and Finally #11 I'd like some grand music and story lines..don't get me wrong I loved all the BoF's and the music and story in the others where good but hardly memorable...I can only remember one song in all the BoF's I've played and that's when Ryu goes Berserk and turns into the Kaiser in BoF4..heh I just finished play Dragon Quarter again and I still can't remember any songs unless it's actually playing

-A better storyline
-No underground
-Same battle system like bof 3 or 4
-Better Graphics like ff X
-Inns!!!
-Just Normal Saving (Its hard Enough to get save tokens)
-Combination of dragon genes like in bof 3 but different

your half right Bof DQ was decent, it wasn't that much of a solid rpg, & the battle system sucked, anyways they should make squeal's to the other Bofs, maybe a combination of 2,3,4!

1)voices!
2)No 'look at me, I'm a mute' with ryu.
3)Better dragon system
4) a good SOLID love between Ryu and Nina. I wanted to kill someone when Nina said she was in love with Cray(BoF4)

In the next Bof they should just make one that would be a great end to the series, Bof dq was crap & boring, if they make another Bof they should look at some of the other rpg's so they can compete!!!

NO matter how boring, great, super or whatever your opinion is... Fact is that DQ has nothing to do with "Breath Of Fire" at all, and that's undeniable, and if they want to create more RPGs like that, fine with me, but not in the "Breath Of Fire" series, or a true die-hard fan will leave the scene...

To make it special, DO NOT let them look at other RPGs to do their work. They should maybe look at others BoFs (probably the 2 first ones) and do their work, but NOT another RPG, ESPECIALLY not FF, so many FF games out there we don't need BoF to follow Squaresoft.
Aw, c'mon people, Nina's love for Cray was slowy vanishing. In the end, she'll wuv Ryu. Except if you've seen this doujinshi: (Right to the left, might take some time to load.)

I'll want a Ryu and a Nina, more realistic but not too much. A battle system that's NOTHING like the 2 first ones and maybe even some Space Cowboy kind of stuff!

I'm afraid that no new information as of yet has been released about a new breath of fire, and will be most unlikely to be announced until later next year or even later than that.

I think it might be too early for news for a new BOF game. But in Japan... Maybe.

Capcom should just remake 1,2,3,4 for ps2.
