Post the whole changes list so people actually know what changes have happened, not everyone can download that patch and play right away, some people have real life stuff to do anyway.

And I don't think everyone is incredibly judgemental here, they'll give it a chance for a while before judging whether it's good or bad.

It's a game, cypher, not a real world simulation. The point is having fun and an unbalanced game detracts from the fun, an overly realistic game does too, it's not fun when you don't stand a chance, or only stand a chance through sheer luck. The fun comes from being more tactical or efficient than your opponent and thus besting them.
