Seriously, it's hard, but the only cheat he gets is a ecoboost. Unfortunately, in a game as poor economical as C&C3: KW, this is the only cheat you need.

Anyhow, try shutting his economy down with a bit of harassment, target his Refineries & Harvesters first, before taking down the base itself, that should help a bit.

Then micromanage & make a varied army, based on countering what he has.

The easiest 'hax' way of doing it IMO is to play against Black Hand on Ground Xero, and destroy all three bridges at your side (preferably at his side, but it's extremely difficult to do some times.

Obviously this works best when you're an air-heavy army; Traveler work well with Devastator Warship spam, provided you have a few PACs to grab all the AA-fire.

The most important thing here is to demolish ALL the bridges on one side as fast as possible; brutal black hand offensives are not something to be lulz'd at.

That said, it's not the perfect tactic... Those bridges are not expansive, and the AI will repair them with engies. You've gotta be ready to either kill the engi, or kill the units that come across damn fast.

you guys are pussies brutal is merley annoying get your self a couple of refineries send out a outpost and dont be stingy with the defense the black hand isnt your best bet either try the steel talons they cant hit you with powers so hard but i play 4 player brutals all the time and i usally use saftey nest but there is no one map that is perfect you can always get through just try more refineries get a outpost out and build defense quick smart
