You know......Peter Warrick is the best i have ever seen in college football......He could catch the ball anyway you wanted him to. He would have won the Heisman if he didnt get in trouble, Peter Warrick always came out doing his best!!!!!!!

Since 1999? That's cutting it pretty slim. There really haven't been too many INCREDIBLE players since the year where Peyton Manning got robbed of a much deserved Heisman trophy by a Excellent, but not superior, Charles Woodson.
Peyton Manning just might have been one of the most exciting College quarterbacks I have ever watched play the game.... and this is comming from a Georgia Bulldog fan. Kevin | |

Best college player since 1999 would have to be Darren Sproles of the Kansas State Wildcats.
