	Okay, I'm sure this has been asked before, but I have been unable to find a solution: I am stuck in Sector 4 (the water level) after beating Nightmare. I have NOT gone to the navigation room, so the red doors are not open yet. The only way out is the way I came in, through the speed blocks. However, I can not get enough speed to go back through them. I have looked at maps, and explored everywhere, but I can not find a way back out. Can someone help me?
