List of bosses....
Amphale (the big turtle beast)
Amphale is just a turtle. But you have to wait until you can hit it's belly and barrage it with missiles until the core-x comes out and then shoot that with missiles 3 times and you get the morph ball!

Chozo core-X
Just run up to the statue until it forms into a core x and you kill the core x just like the last one.

Cyclops X
This boss will jump in the air. when it jumps a very short distance and glides down, either shoot missiles up it's...
backside or shoot up a charged beam blast. Then the core x will appear. It's just the same!
Now you got the high-jump and jumpball!

Serris
This boss is slightly harder than the last. Go up to the platform and go to the third one. run back to the second and when you here a cry, JUMP! On comes serris at lightning speed. Stay there until you can hit him in the face. after about 5 times of hits he'll blink white and then comes the core x. defeat it to b e victorius!

Security bot.

This boss is hard. jump on the monkey bars and shoot the yellow tannish part of him with missiles. when something black comes up from that, move away form the thing it shoots out. fire will come up out of it and then if you're not careful, you'll go
after you finish him not quite, he'll be blinking white. Don't touch him or shoot at him! NO core x YUM!

Big core-x

Just fire charge beam at this until the core x appears and then kill it and you win! Now you have the VARIA SUIT!

core-x

When you're going to the main boiler to maintain the heat, there will be a scentist there! shoot him until he turns right and he'll turn into a Core x! This one fire beam so be careful! You get the wide beam from this.

Arachni

This ones very difficult! drop down and roll into morph ball
about half of a finger away from the right wall. Flames will come down and they will probably not hit you. Once arachni bounces of the wall enough times (aprox 3)When he stops he'll be really close to the left wall. Now you can stand up! Just fire missiles up his... thing... when it opens and eventually after a while, his head will blink white. Now just hold and and when his head isn't spinning fire a missile at his mouth. Be careful, he drops larva. Once you kill that part, here comes the core x. Just beat it like any other and WIN!
Now you have space jump!

This is not a true boss, but I think you will need a little help running from the SA-X.

Once you find the N room and save in the bottom right of the reactor core. Space jump up a whill until you find some brown vines coming out from under the door you came in the first time, there will be a hole in the wall. destroy the vines and go through. once you come to sector 2 TRO, you'll here that shivering music. The SA-X Music. drop down and jump over the SA-X. Go into the next room and drop a power bomb by the wall to your left. When the SA-X jumps over the dead vine ledge. jump back over it and when the SA-X jumps back over that jump back over. run into the next room avoiding the SA-X's beam. In the next room shoot all 3 buttons to open all the doors and go to the next room where you will finally ditch the SA-X. Just go over the ledge and sit there. Be careful, don't bomb or shoot anything. It will hear you and the chase is on again, which you don't want that to happen. when he leaves the room you're home free!

Mother plant

fall into the arena and go onto the right platform. shoot the statue with super missiles. the pinkish plants above will start to really annoy you. shoot super missiles at them to temporarily stop them. once the mother plant's front drops off, those annoying things will disappear. YAY! But the mother plant will still fire beam at you. shoot about 25 missiles at it and then.... the core x. It's just a regular core x though, you're fine.

Nightmare.

Sorry, I don't remember how. Just kidding! Just above the lair, there was a energy tank right? Drop a power bomb and you'll see how to get there. Fight nightmare! drop down and get the missiles ready. shoot the thing guarded by it's arms that's hanging. once gravity changes, you can only hurt it by charge beam. do so, and when it's destroyed, it's time to kill the true face of the nightmare. jump to the ladder and shoot as many missiles as you can at the face. when it goes really high up, jump off the ladder and when he's going to come back up from swinging down, jump over him. Repeat the process until the core x comes. it's just as easy as all the others.
Now you have the gravity suit!

security bot part 2

when you go into the room imediately drop a power bomb. get on the ladder and go as far right as you can and then just stay there. when he fires missiles at you, shoot them to destroy them. when he runs right and bounces off the right ledge, shoot missiles at his middle part. repeat the process until he turns into a core x. Now it's safe to go in the water. it's just a regular core x. you are fine.
YAY, the wave beam!

Ridley

You need a lot of missiles for this fight. Use charge beam shots too! Just repeat the charged beam shots and eventually he turns into a core x. KILL IT!
Now you got back the screw attack!

SA-X

This is your toughest boss yet.
Jump over the SA-X and when it lands and stays there for a split second, fire your charged shot at it and after about 10 times of hit, it will slump to the floor and evolve.
This form is far less deadly. fire charged shots at it's head a handful of times and then he'll start gagging. run close to him and he'll turn into the core x. Wait for the core x to open it's eyelid and then fire a missile at the open eye. But as soon as you fire it, JUMP! It will fire ice beam back at you. yes ice beam. once it's defeated go to the operations room after you try to get the ice beam.
Now head to your ship. You might want to stop at the recharge room too.

Omega Metroid.

Let the omega metroid come over to you and let it whap you.
You'll go down to 1 HP. He'll jump to his side and start walking towards you. Now the SA-X will come in. Once it kills the SA-X, grab the ice beam and now it's time to fight this fool. Charge your ice beam and run to him while holding and fire the shot at his belly.
repeat this until he's dead! then here comes your ship and you WIN!
