This forum is to show your creative work. May it be drawings of any kinds, pictures of sculptures you've made with your own hands, it's all welcomed here! ^^

But first, read the forum rules.
This is a obligation on any forum of Neoseeker that you read it's rules, so if you do something against the rules, saying you didn't know will not cut it. Of course this depends on each situation.

This is the Sitewide rules, this is for the entire site and also obligated to read through.

We, the Moderators, are here for your guidance and help. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask any of us! Where here firstly to help and guide you, and to take care of problems that may occur! ^^

• Don't steal art, and claim it as yours!
  This is the most important rule of our forum. You're more then welcomed to post Fan art and drawings you've used reference to (but we want you to tell where it's from). But you can not claim other works as your own when you haven't drawn it.
  That also includes claiming you've created a new character, but in fact the design belongs to someone else. Maybe you've even drawn every line yourself, but then you're claiming someone else's design as your own, and that's STEALING as well.
  Going against this rule will instantly give you a permanent ban from Neoseeker.
  If you find someone has stolen your art (on different site), drawings that you have posted on Neoseeker, and it's stolen by a member from Neoseeker. Please let the mods know, then we will give that member a permanent ban. We will not stand by for any kinds of stealing.
  
  
  
• Tracing is not allowed
  You're more then welcomed to eyeball art, to draw it as you see it. Digital tracing and putting paper on paper to trace is the same as drawing someone elses line.
  
  
• You can not post your friends work
  You can not post your brothers, sisters, dad, mum, friends etc work. They themselves need to come and post it themselves.
  
  
• No Hentai, Yuri or Yaoi allowed or revealing nudity
  This is a site is visited by many young people, so we don't want any too revealing pictures. We allow nudity, but only if it's taste full. Hentai, Yuri and Yaoi is not allowed, though we allow taste full shounen-ai and shoujo-ai.
  For those who doesn't know the terms: Hentai = Guy on Girl sex. Yuri = Girl on girl sex. Yaoi = Guy on Guy sex. Shounen-ai and shoujo-ai, is Girl on Girl and Guy on Guy cuddling and kissing. Keep in mind to make it taste ful.
  If you're very unsure if your picture fits in, but feel it's PG 13, then you could post a link with a warning instead of showing the picture. If you're posting nudity, we want you to post it in a link with a warning of the contents.
  You can always PM the mod/s to hear their opinion of the picture.
  
  
• No explicit violence or strong cursing.
  There is no problem with posting a fight scene, but adding blood and gore and strong cursing, we would like you to send a PM to a mod to get their approval of the picture.
  
  
• Keep all your art in one thread
  If you really feel like you need 2 or more separate art threads, send a PM to a mod, explaining in full detail why you think it would be best for you to have 2 threads.
  
  
• Banners threads are not allowed
  Banners consists of pictures you haven't yourself hand drawn, therefor making it someone else's work and not for this forum.

• Sprite pictures are no longer allowed
  Sprite is not allowed. You need someone elses work to make one, and that is not what Art Central is for.
  
  
• Digital Art IS allowed
  Pictures you've made with a tablet or mouse from scratch are more then welcomed here!
  
  
• Don't be rude
  When you post here, keep in mind that comments you make should be constructive. You don't need to go into great depths to explain your opinion, but we don't want any comments like "This sucks". This will be deleted and given a strong warning for. If you continue to post negative post's, you will be banned.
  
  
• NO flaming or spaming
  No fighting is wanted in any part of the forum, (even joke flaming). If you have a problem, talk to a mod. It takes 2 people to fight.. though you might not have started it, you might end up banned as well for continuing the fight. If you feel like you're attacked (or anyone else), go to a mod!
  Posting random comments just to get your post counts to go up is not wanted. You will get a strict warning about this before you're banned for this.
  
  
• Evidence NEEDED when...
  You make something that you need to take a photo of. If you make sculptures or any needle work, then you need to write your username on a piece of paper, place it so that you get a picture of the paper, and your work. This is a MUST!
  We will delete any post's and ban if we must if you don't comply with this.
  
  
• The classic rule: HAVE FUN
  Please please please send a mod a PM if you're unsure about anything! We're more then happy to help you out in any way! =D
  But remember for those who has broken one of the important rules, and you're on a verge of a permanent ban, do not be rude or put us on ignore. This will instantly give you the ban.

Art Central Guide.

This is not direct rules, but a guide how to manover through Art Central ^^

• When you first arrive here...
  You have 2 options to post your art work. You can post it in this forum, or this forums sub-forum, the Artist Gallery.
  But take note of that in the Gallery, you can only post your pictures, it' not allowed to comment on pictures in that section, since it's a place where you can gather all your pictures neatly in one thread ;D
  
  
• When you post comments....
  I urge you to be constructive. And please don't write a simple line like "this looks good" The end, this would be considred spam, so don't do it to often ;D
  
  
• We want you to remove your signature when posting...
  Having singnatures on can make the pages load slowly for those with conections, so we want you to remove your signatur when you post.
  If you make a art thread for yourself (or already have done so), Send one of the mods a PM, saying that you want the "signature removal" turned on. This automatically forbids Signatures to be turned on in the entire thread. ^^
  
  
• Thread headers
  A thread header is a picture you can have on the top of your art thread, and follows on each page of the thread. Identical to the Thread header, but you can have your very own header in your thread ^^.

What Can I Post Here?

We used to have a "Mod's corner" but since there was just to many stickies, we decided that it was best to merge some threads into one ^^
When this thread hits 30 pages, then we'll open a whole new thread identical to this one ^^

The mods corner is to connect members and the mods ^^
If you have any question of any sorts, even if it doesn't relate to Art Central, maybe Neo in general, you're more then welcomed to post and ask ^^

Anything that you think may bring more activity to the forum, and spread some joy around the forum X3

You can change the location link for your avatar and make a past mods section for vbc, but those are just my thoughts on the index. Oh, yeah, and in the index, Crazy Daisy's lost the front bit...
