I also thought the one where you had to transplant the two livers into those people was very annoying too. >.>

Now that I finally beat it, I realized it was quite easy.
Just transplant the liver without worrying about the Stigma so that vitals can rise, then destroy Onyx, which always cut the one with 4dots, then sew him up and destroy Cheir. ------------------- I just want to set you on fire, so I don't have to burn alone; | |
