I've played HUNDREDS of time the Island Vacation and the Asian one (can't remember the exacts names).
Now I'm having problems to "learn" the Hula dance and Tai chi exercise!!!???
I've been 7 days on each and never caught someone doing it!
Can't understand. Or there is a problem or the hundred other times I've been VERU lucky!!!!!
That's the 2 only missing item and to become "frequent Flyer".

Hello! Here is whats happening...
YOUR NOT ON THE RIGHT LOT!
There is a certan lot where people do the hula, its the one in Twikki Island which has a price range of $$$$. If you don't have enough money to pay for it here are two cheats:

Remember to bring the cheat bar up first (Ctrl Alt C)
1) Motherlode ($50,000 added to funds)
2) familyfunds (insert family's last name here) (insert desired amount of oney here)

Can't help you with the Tai Chi thing. Sorry!

Actually there is no set lot that you will get to see hula dancing, it's all random. I would suggest that you take a sim with at least 3 logic points to Island vacation. Schedule the vacation for 7 days just in case (you can always go home early if you wanted to). Go to any community lot with a stereo (I'm almost positive that they all do) while on vacation and just have your sim meditate. Put game on fastest speed if you want, but keep your eyes open for any local sims that start hula dancing. Once you see it, pause the game, cancel meditation, and join their hula dancing. That's it, your patience gets paid off. To avoid frustration in the future, once you have one sim who knows how to hula dance, you can use him/her to teach other sims to do it at home.

Tai chi is exactly the same thing, except you have to go to a community lot on Far East vacation and you don't need to have a stereo on the lot. Tai chi is also easier to spot since the locals will change into gym clothes when they do it. Good luck.

For the Hula I happened to go to the Hotel that has a restaurant, I seated, ordered and when my sim was waiting for the food I saw someone doing the hula!

Tai Chi nothing, I spent 7 days there...and nothing!
I remembered that once it was at the "market"....but I went there with the energy bar full and waited....until my sim fall asleep and nothing...tried other places...it's really getting annoying...specially knowing that before I didn't had these problems...

I invited for 3 days someone from there...and at my place she started doind tai chi, I think it was Vanessa chen...

Tai chi?
