i just got the game as a gift and I'm stuck I'm in Aquis and I'm at the the area where scree says hes heavier he will scout and block it I've been here now for 30 min i am ready to throw the game HELP someone

Ummm...do you mean you're right at the beginning?
There is a large machine in the center of the Bay, the 'Temple'. You can climb up the rough stone parts to get inside.
Inside you'll see a twisting stream of water - if you walk into it you'll get sucked down and thrown outside! Not good. You need to get this water turning the other way.
On one of the platforms above you is a big blue wheel - it's hard to spot from below, so just explore. Turn the wheel, and walk into the stream to get higher into the building, then keep climbing up...
If I've got it wrong and you're not stuck there, or you get stuck again, keep posting.

Man... I love this game. The graphics are a little questionable now that the ps3 is out, but the storyline is excellent and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Jen would have to be my top favourite, followed then by Scree.

I bought Primal five days ago and I am very satisfied with the storyline and game play involved. I am halfway through Aquis. I am fascinated by the storyline and cannot wait to see what happens and how Lewis is connected to Oblivion. I do no think it bodes well but I'll see. lol

I am having some trouble finding energy gems for Jen in the realm of Aquis. Maybe I am overlooking an area perhaps. Finding the energy gems for Jen in the Ferai realm was easier. lol All the seaweed in Aquis can make me a bit disoriented.

Anyway, I just wanted to share that I am playing Primal for the first time and already wish a sequel would be on the way. Since the man who performed the voice for Scree sadly passed away in 2006, would it be the same?

The story and characters kept me playing Primal over and over again. How lucky you are to get to experience them for the first time.

Aquis doesn't have that many energy gems. That I can recall offhand, anyway. They're mostly dry land items, I think.

SCEE Cambridge did do a little work on a sequel. Those concepts were shelved when they got the license for the "24". One of the lead developers posted on Usenet about it at the time.

I don't think they could bring back Scree without Andreas Katsulas. He brought a unique versatility to the character. Scree's every line sounded right.

There's still plenty they could do. Starting with a search for Scree. Then going from there. Simply revisiting the Four Realms with an upgraded game engine could be spectacular.

hi, i've had primal for ages, and every time i get stuck i give up for a few months and come back to it...
But ive just entered the third world..Aetha ? and i cant get Jen down that massive drop of wall behind the first gate...or work out what it is i have to do with scree down there to get her through..would be greatful if somebody could help? pleaseee?! Haha

Move Scree to the edge of the wall, at the top. Press X for him to drop the rope. Positioning Scree correctly can be a little tricky, so keep trying if you have trouble.

Aetha's the best realized realm of them all, but the combat gets a little frustrating.
