	i feel like an idiot for asking, but i cant find hardwood on the 3rd island for the life of me!! it also doesn't help that my sim is only awake when its dark but... where is hardwood?

	to get hardwood u have to make a stone axe and then the koa tree pops up and TA-DA! u have the hardwood tree

On the third island there are several places where you can find Koa trees and Teak trees, from which you can harvest hardwood. Look in Volcano Jungle, North Volcano Jungle, and Ancient Theater. ------------------- Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.
