It's in the right side of Konoha, and it's building with adds for movies. After you go to it, just head back and he will follow you.

basically u go to the academy, talk to the guy standing next to the door to the mission reception thingy, he will say konahamaru went to the noodle place, then talk to the guy standing next to the noodle shop, he will say he saw a kid go to the theater, go to the theater, which is right where kakashi's house is, and talk 2 1 of the guys (forgot who) and he will say he saw the kid go to... somewhere else, dont remember, and when u leave the theater konahamaru will follow u disguised as a box (HAHAHA) and u will eventually notice him so yeah it took me 4EVER 2 finally find him... i felt excited when i saw the box!! lol hOpE i HeLpEd!!

no, its not a movie theater, there actually is none, at the east of Konoha, there is a Naruto Movie poister. Talk to that guy.
