	Being the one that brought you the news that Ace Combat 6 is no longer a Xbox 360 (timed) Exclusive, I felt it right to create a thread with the news, and see what your reactions are to the news: ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- Sony's List Of Games (Mostly RPG's) On Show At This Years TGS The list is incredibly amazing as it is, it really has me excited for the future of the Playstation 3. In the latest PodCast by 1 Up, mentioned were names of games that will be coming out for the PS3 and that will most likely be talked about in this years TGS. The list of games includes: [ PS3 ] Eternal Sonata (Trustybell) [ PS3 ] Steambot Chronicles 2 [ PS3 ] Persona 4 [ PS3 ] White Knight Story [ PS3 ] Star Ocean 4 [ PS3 ] Yakuza 3 [ PS3 ] Ace Combat 6 [ PSP ] Steambot Chronicles: Vehicle Battle Tournament [ PSP ] Kingdom Hearts Spin off! [ PSP ] Hot Shots Golf 2 [ PSP ] Patapon That's right guys, those that wanted Ace Combat 6 for the PS3 will be getting it, as well as a Kingdom Hearts Spin off for the PSP. 	Wow, another Persona so quick? Damn, that means Persona 3 really was as enjoyable as I heard. :3 Thanks for the Ace news, this is surely going to get people excited. Hopefully as time progresses, we'll hear whether or not it has the online component the 360 version has. -------------------

	Oh, I'm sure there will be an online component. Ever since Resistance, almost every PS3 game has had some form of online functionality, whether it be multiplayer or just online leaderboards. Of course not EVERY PS3 game has had online, but come on; this is Ace Combat. The PS3's PSN can handle multiplayer just fine, perhaps even better than the 360 in some cases (such as R:FOM). 	wonders if typing from PS3 is easier than typing from PSP Namco complained about the PSN though. However, this is the first chance Cellius may have at doing something together. If that's the case, Sony can front the servers with no problems at all. (Just like they front the Socom 1, 2, 3, CA, Killzone, Killzone: Liberation, and eventual Killzone 2 servers) A chance we could fly the online skies and make a Neo squadron. -------------------

	Dude, look at Resistance (I know I keep bringing it up, but it's a shining example). 40 players online, and little to no lag at all, even when you have tons on screen. I'm pretty sure AC6 will have online. If it doesn't, we know Namco is just bluffing and such. They've promised us Sony players online Ace Combat since The Unsung War. This is their chance to begin that. PSN isn't bad at all. Needs more development, but it's still very functional. And once PS3 Home gets going, it will be even more accessible. 	raijin, typing on PS3 is now much easier than typing on PSP. An on screen "QWERTY" keyboard came with a first firmware update i downloaded. And you can even plug an USB keyboard and mouse if you want to. Again, awesome news! ------------------- Iron Sky \| Iron Sky Neoforum

	I did listen to it earlier today and if they did mention AC6 for Ps3, I must've missed that part... When does it exactly say this, Krunal? While i was listening it, i did some research around the internet, and nowhere does it say that it's been confirmed. All i saw was rumors and speculation, nothing more. But i did find this: quote The recently released demo has been downloaded 900,000 times, says Namco, proving there's certainly some interest on the X360 for a series that previously had been appearing only in Sony's domain. The reason for the Microsoft exclusivity this time around is simply because the Xbox 360 was the first platform of the current generation Project Aces had the opportunity to develop for. Natsuki Isaki, the game's director, pointed out, "there was a three year gap between Ace Combat 4 and Ace Combat 5 which [I] feel may have disappointed some of the fans. [I] wanted to decrease the gap between the last one and this one, so [I] wanted to bring this out as quickly as possible and working on the Xbox allowed [me] to do that." 	Nowhere in there does it say "AC6 will be multiplatformed". It says further installments have a slim chance of appearing on PS3. Now that the excitement's passed, I must say this whole thing is rather hit-and-miss. 	Yeah... Thanks a lot Krunal and raijin1999... Next time, wait for an official confirmation, and don't post things like this based on a pre-gameshow speculation...
