I wholeheartedly agree. Acolyte was supposed to be easier than Ninja Dog, but it's definitely more like Normal on NGB.

The Armadillo Bosses, the Tunnel Worm, the Subway Boss, and The premature form of the Archfiend were the only bosses I found to be slightly cheap really.
I'm still trying to figure out how the health regeneration becomes a liability. If it didn't regenerate, that red bar would technically be right where you lost your health down to. -------------------

quote ominous187From the sounds of it, you're still playing on either Acolyte or Warrior. If Warrior, drop down to Acolyte, if on Acolyte, get better. People are claiming the game to be cheaper. Enemy ninja throw more shuriken and more exploding shuriken. Why wouldn't they? The purpose is to destract and it works. Enemies attack during combos. Gee, saving their comrades! You come up with a better camera. Seriously, try it. You can't. Understand things about the camera. Use the right trigger to recenter it, use the right analog stick to control it other parts of the time. If charging an ultimate attack, use the left stick to see. -------------------

That's the way I feel. With games being catered to casual gamers too much, a game needs to be hard, even if it is artificial difficulty.
