	I think you have to get up there with a certain monster, maybe maisoul and step on the topmost tile, a flying monster comes arround and gives you an egg. Third egg you recive is Quack. Miwe

	To get Quack, follow these instructions: (Spoilers) Have Kewne as an Active Familiar for each trip up the tower. Or you'll have to do it again. That's EVERY time. First, go all the way up the tower once to power Kewne up. (After a story sequence) Go up again, and if I remember correctly, this should give you access to the Basement. Go up AGAIN to get either a Pheonix or a Yankash. I can't remember which one. So after either getting your Yankash or Pheonix, go up AGAIN to get the other one. Almost done, go up *ONE MORE TIME* to get your Quack. Remember to bring Kewne each time. And did I mention to bring Kewne each time?
