I can't seem to get PA 47 to trigger, I already triggered the first one in Tropp where Roddick and Millie witness mana being abused, but every time I enter Ionis via PA there are no PAs in action. Millie is in my party, I have a Creamy Cheese, and as I said before I triggered PA 39. Those are the only requirements listed on the guide and the FAQ. So I don't know if I have to be at a certain point in the game.
