Is this guy included in the US version? I can't tell you what he looks like.... but you won't mistake him for anything else. He's so tiny that you can't see him except on your map. You can only find him by stepping on teleportation points in the dungeons.
Beating him gives you 999exp and 999 job experience points. | |

I don't think so. There's a tiny Cactuar Mini-Boss level that gives 18K exp and 2k jps. Is that who you're talking about?

Is he immune to all status, and will only take 1 damage per attack no matter what attack you use?

Whoa. Found this out. Unbelievable. The Natural Job Ability at Level 8, ???? does 45 damage against the Mini Cactuar.
