ok seriously who r u? i really don't like the idea of someone making his account a few days ago making these threads.

To be honest it doesn't matter who makes a 'rules' thread; this forum is a complete hell hole right now. I'm sure Avalith is going to make his move when he reads through my NeoPM. There's really no reason why registered members should be breaking Neoseeker's ToS on a regular basis; especially when there are guest accounts viewing the forum avidly. It doesn't set a good example.

These threads are created to keep the forum running smoothly, things get done; requested changes can be made and introduced when everyone isn't running a muck. There's no reason why you shouldn't approve of a new member creating these threads; everyone one of us has had the option to view the site rules and terms of service when activating our user accounts, this should have been done a while ago.

for suggestions: i think this forum needs a mod with 100 ppd we need 1.

Wait and see what Avalith has to say. Even with a rather high post per day rate the only problem going on in this forum is a lack of acknowledgment for forum policy and conduct.

A specified forum moderator shouldn't be required to babysit members who simply cannot follow the rules or make appropriate posts. With only three pages of threads and a few regular members, (including guest accounts), there really isn't an immediate need for an individual forum moderator. There really isn't a lot for them to enforce; beyond what participants agreed to when signing up or using the forums.

That is why i think we need a mod here. we need someone to enforce those rules. right now i think this place is in chaos we need a mod to make this place get under control.

Yes, but sometimes there's a page glitch (for instance if you submit the post more than once); that causes you to make duplicate posts.
