probably a stupid question, but does anyone know how to stop the customers being hateful of my airport ive got the best food and fuel yet there still red faced, ive even edited the terminals (more check ins etc) and there still angry, i do however get complaints from the turnarounds staff but i have 4 of these building and why would that reflect on customer satisfaction, any ideas?
