well,i'll just post 1 then...

Method 1"solo":train your entire your party,and once you feel one member is ready for the current strata monsters,solo train.This helps only because exp isn't divided,so that 1 member will get 5x exp

Method 2"boss farming":all you do is kill a boss,sleep for 14 in game days,and fight.this is also good for vecoming rich,because if you can fulfill special requirements,the main bosses you kill will drop an item worth 30,000 en

1-Chimaera:kill while it's poisoned
2:Hellion-kill with instant kill(kubiuchi,issen,Climax)
3:scylla-kill in 3 turns or less
4:harpuia-kill when it's poisoned
5:colossus:kill without bash element
Extra bosses:
Golem:kill with instant kill(kubiuchi,issen,climax)
Salamox:kill with fire
Dragon:kill with elec.
Wyrm:kill with Ice
Wyvern:kill with Fire

Ah...one more thing...

Remember--always solo or pair train,then retire at max level(70)to get a level 30 recruit,BUT!when you retire at level 70,you increase the level cap to 71,retire at 71,it becomes 72,and so on,just keep hitting the max level and retire every time--that's how you get level 90+ teams
