I just recently had my live account suspended due to lack of payment as my mother's credit card expired. I have no idea how to become un-suspended though, I was just hoping to use a free monthly subscription that came free with GTA IV but it won't let me redeem it to my account. I am currently suffering the exact same problem, when I try to update my information, it briefly stays on the right page and then goes back to the dashboard before I can do anything. I'm pretty sure updating the details of the previous credit card to a present one will solve the problem but I'd rather not put this onto my mother's account again. Same problem here. I phoned them up and they said I needed another credit card to get back online. Too bad I don't have one. :\ ------------------- | |
