The idea is to see every xbox 360 that is online.

A silver account is up and running called Neoseeker 360. This gamertag acts as a list of xbox 360 users who are online. To use this you simply send a friend request to my silver account, and when accepted, go to view friends from the profile. This gamertag will eventually allow you to see one-hundred Neoseeker Xbox 360s while only taking up one friend slot.

You should keep people you play with a lot on your regular friends list so you know when come online, and be sure to tell your neo-friends so we can fill some space.

Setting the account up now, I think I'm just going to go with "Neoseeker 360" as the gamertag, unless someone has something better

Well it's up, but xbox.com isn't letting me accept the friend requests, saying "Can't complete this action. Please refresh the page and try again.". I'll try and accept them in a few minutes again

Neoseeker 360, I just wish it would let me accept requests, I'll try later to accept them, or try to recover the gamertag on my xbox.
