Details on 2 new units

Bikes
From a design standpoint, the bike does a fantastic job of helping to create the feel and setting of Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. The idea of a military motorcycle with a sidecar is something that evokes memories of older conflicts such as World War I and World War II. Motorcycles don't really have a place in modern war, so the bike helps to establish this as a post-apocalyptic world where survivors have cobbled together whatever they can get up and running.
Bikes function like infantry units in that they can capture property and use missile silos, but they also have a number of large tactical differences. The most obvious advantage to bikes is their superior movement ability. They have almost twice the mobility of a standard infantry unit, which lets them cover more ground on a single turn. This mobility makes them indispensable for large maps with numerous neutral properties. They are also the second-cheapest unit to manufacture, which makes them perfect units to crank out at the beginning of a long match. While they lack the attack power of a mech unit, they are slightly more powerful than standard infantry—just keep them away from tanks, missiles, and AA guns.

Dusters
Propeller-driven dusters are throwbacks that accentuate the ramshackle feel of the armies that populate Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. Their rickety propellers and front-mounted machine guns are reminiscent of World War II fighter planes, providing a stark contrast to the modern-day tanks and bombers that accompany them into battle. Even the name, an affectionate take on crop dusters, reflects this.
Regardless of their antiquated appearance, dusters are versatile air units with great movement range. They also have the ability to fire on both air and ground units—a new skill for Advance Wars air units. They have only average attacking power against both air and ground units, but the lack of serious offensive punch is made up for with their versatility and reasonably low cost. Keep them away from anti-air weaponry and fighters, and you'll soon be flying rings around your opponents.

wrong

Anyway bike sounds like an infantry +2 but with added recon-like ability. Depends on how much it costs.

I already dislike dusters. Sea units better get something good this time. so much hax.

There's a new tank and a new cruiser. It's true not wrong.

edit: There's the Anti-Tank and the Flash.

Anti-tank? This game is really starting to sound like Panzer Tactics DS (I doubt that the anti-tank is a tank btw.) I also doubt that anyone's even heard of panzer tactis DS, so its not like it matters. But a lot of this new stuff sounds strangely familiar.

Anyway, what's the Flash? where'd you get this from?

Anti-Tank: *Ahem* ... The Anti-Tank as an Artillery unit that counter-attacks if being damaged by a Close range unit.

I'll edit my post and give you a link

re: Details on 2 new units

lol duh. I knew what it did, was just really questioning why they'd put it in an AW game. That's why I said it's starting to sound like panzer tactics (because its in that game too, although that game is actually about WWII)

so where's the link
