If so, well...I just got this game today and after 4 missions of campaign I'm not sure I can bear any more. The previous games are amongst my favourites but this...it's just horrible. The way it looks; the way it sounds; the cut scenes (if you can call them that) combine to produce a nails-on-a-chalkboard-like effect that I really don't think I can bear any more of. Change for the sake of change is a negative thing and from what I've seen so far this is the only kind of change they've made.

Is it worth playing on?

The graphics are vastly improved from the past 3. I like the sound FX, and most of the music. The concept of the story was great, the actual story was great. The only faults were; the small amount of playable COs, and some of the dialog(canned bread???). Over all, a solid 9. what planet have you been living on?

I disagree, they've improved upon nearly everything in AWDOR BUT the CO selection. Have you really played the other AWs? Its such an easier game to play and the turns don't take forever like in the previous ones. Also there is a lot more skill involved and needed in AWDOR.

The way it looks is fine, zoom it out if you want an old feel, but its better zoomed it.

The way it sounds is a matter of preference, but honestly that's kind of a stupid point to make.

You realize that the previous AW games did not have cut scenes at all? Honestly, all they had before was their heads.

They kinda had cutsceans in the original, they had in battle dialog.

They had that in AW, AWBHR, and AWDS. But I wouldn't call that cut scenes. That's more dialogue.

I wouldn't even call them cut scenes in AWDOR, but they were still a lot better telling the story in AWDOR then AWDS.
