Hello all! I'm sure you are all aware of my book project, Tales of Rose. And after working with RMVX for a bit, I have decided to make the book into a game.
Don't worry, I'm still working on the book. But I'm going to make the game up to chapter 5 and then write, then make, ect.
The story follows four characters ranging from ages 18 to 22.

Story
Legend has it that every fourth heir to the thrown is instilled in his soul the Goddess of rebirth, the Rose.
She is sent to replenish the world and vanquish all the evil.
However, the only way to release this Goddess of her supernatural prison is for the host to sub-consciously find her inside himself and save her through self retribution.
Once the Goddess is freed, she will bestow upon the host the power to rule over all the world and once again replenish it.

Characters
Rikku

Age: 18
A young prince who falls ill on the day of his coronation. He's just turned 18 and the day for him to take the crown has finally come.
The reason of his sickness, or the diagnosis, are neither yet discovered.
He loves riding in the country and exploring mysterious areas. He is also fascinated by the legend of the Rose.

Rex

Age: 18
Rex is a young man who dreams of becoming a Knight one day in the kingdom of Asneria. He competes every year in the Ring Tournament since he was old enough, and is now 18.
This year he's gotta win the tournament to impress the Knights, they don't offer the place in the academy to people over his age.
He's an excellent swordsman, but a little dumb and quick to act.

Flint

Age: 21
Flint is a man at the age of 21. He's an ex-soldier from the kingdom of Asneria. Not a Knight, he was a runner in the war against Terras and spent quite some time on the beaches of the foreign country. He is haunted by the face of his old war buddy who gave his life so that Flint could escape a fire fight.
He heard that his buddy was seen in the mountain town of Orsebi, and is now on the search for his long lost companion and the answer to how he survived, if he survived.

Jena

Age: 22
Jena is lost gypsy. She was traveling with her band wagon when in the night they were attacked by thieves and kidnapped. After escaping and finding out that her entire band was killed by the thieves, she is on a quest of revenge and redemption as she blames herself for the deaths of her friends and family.

Well, if you did, I'd need you to read all 5 (so far) chapters.
That way you could understand whats going on and whatnot.
