I am Newcastle in the first season with a few youngsters in and around the first team.
Should I send them out on loan or keep them at the club, bearing in mind I have 7 star coaching in every department?

That's a good question and I'm not sure about it either. I'd personally only send out the ones that are guaranteed to get first-team experience at their new clubs and keep the rest at my academies.

Totally agree with lone warrior, I would too send the ones that would actually play first-team. But I just send every youngster out on loan, even if they get only 2 matches. It is worth it, yes on loan!

Newcastle don't have any feeder clubs at the start, so the board have given me bloody Cork City!

Dont loan your players to Cork City. Because the league is not very challenging they may become worse while on loan rather than better.

ye get em out, playing time is better than no time, and its good financially

you must be able to get an English club surely ? i would have thought for Newcastle maybe, Darlington or Carlilse and loan your better youngsters to them for some league experience, and i agree with above, dont think sending them to Ireland will help with their progress.

nope, I am in August and have just got Cork City, meaning that I have to wait a few months to apply for a new feeder club
