Hello im billy oxby some of you might have seen some of my threads.
If you dont know already i am a very big fan of pes and fm, so i decided to combine them both together.
The way i did this was by playing 3 seasons on a master league( pes league) starting with default players (random created players) and see how well i did, purchasing players whilst playing.
I'm 3 seasons in and have purchased some unknown and well known players.
after doing this i opened up the edit mode for fm 08 and decided to create a team called impshire and put all the stats into the team the same as my ml team.
still following?
well i put players into my team that i had got in my ml team, you will see who later and then started my season.
this thread will show you how well i did through out my season.
So my ss's so far are as follows.
The league- 
The squad and tactis- 
My next post will be the beginning of my soms and my first match in charge.

You should have put the default squad in, and took Castolo to a league 2 victory :
Then bought players as you got more successful ?
Only my opinion though

The Beginning of somthing new!!
We are joined outside of the new stadium, it is called the Impshire Mary Stadium, We are here to see the new manager of Impshire unveiled today. There are 15 thousand fans going crazy here because it will be Impshire first profeshional season.
Its a very bizzare story to the footballing world because one man, well known buisness man Billy Oxby and Roman Abramovic held discussions where as Billy Oxby proposed a very ludicrous idea. "Lets create a football team!" Billy Oxby went round the world searching for coaches and players to come together and create a football team, its got to be one of the worlds most insane ideas but it worked. He created a good squad as we've seen the stats and also very experienced coaches such as Avram Grant, Pat Rice and Roman Abramovic as the chairman. But the wierd thing is that we dont seem to see any position for the founder Billy Oxby.
We have ten minutes until we see the new manager.
What can possibly happen?!

that is a great idea gunner 4 eva i didnt think about it.
ahh the times castolo had 
&
nick gull i'd love that to happen but we should see what happens.
i think it was wierd because i was 5000 to 1 to win the league and expected end of season postition at 24,
probably because im a new team. |

1 minute to go to see the new manager and the crowd are chanting, "Can it be wenger can it be fergie we don't bloody care because we got the money!!" & a black limousine has pulled up and Roman Abramovic and Billy Oxby step out.  B.O- " Hello and welcome to the new stadium me and Roman hope you enjoy it as much as we do, as you're all probably wondering where the new face is aka the new manager we are going to unveil is, we will get straight to the point." R.A- " Hi we are here to invite the new manager AND the founder of the club Billy Oxby! to have a couple of words." At that moment the whole crowd started to murmur Billy Oxby new manager ? no experience, but at that moment the short cough from the new manager attracted attention back to him. B.O- " im sure you're all shocked at me being the new manager probably because i founded this club and have no managerial history at all and therefore should have no experience but that is very wrong, because and i think you will all laugh at this but i play football manager 08 alot, (croud laugh and some shout abuse) and i have managed to be succesfull and i would like give myself challeneges and i hope you will all have faith in what i do. I know its a big step to take and i think i am up to it. So i thank you for listening and back to the open day!" Well a big shock to the fans and to me here Billy Oxby new Impshire manager, enough from me Alan Shearer and back to you in the studio.

thank you i will be updating my squad ss just after the transfer window finishes because i still am, signing players.
after a little bit more i will do an update for my first match in charge.
& plus, sorr for not having any snazzy brightly coloured titles im sorry but i do not know how to imput these functions. |

Impshire-Middelsborough Reserves
Well its the first friendly for new manager Billy Oxby and alot of the Impshire players.
didnt look like a first game for many players espechially schwarz who came on second half and scored with his first touch with a hearder from a corner, man of the match was diogo rincon constantly looking for good runs and had an eye for goal, it shows with his name on the score sheet.
Impshire - Mansfield
First game of the season and Billy Oxby must be very confident after the middlesborough win, well it showed during this much, must be a very big hint who's the title contenders so early on-
Well well well looks like the fm 08 has really worked wonders on mr Oxby 8-0 wow! looks like the team played amazingly the player that stood out to me was guttierrez scoring a hat trick and came on in the second half constantly making good runs and finishing was top notch, could be faster but he worked wonders. looks like impshire are the team to beat at the moment.

First round of the league cup Impshire-Tranmere.
only 1997 fans make the trek to tranmere to watch their team in the league cup, 3rd match of Billy Oxbys managerial career and it could be a hard one.
Well done for the 4-0 score line Landroam had an excellent match excelling in the position hes playing, cf, top notch player, sad to see Murray injured he's been playing faboulously lately pass after pass connecting, glad hes only out for 3 weeks. We has sufficent replacments the best being Odonkor.
Were expecting the performance of the team not to drop in the next match against Wrexham who can be tricky opponents.
i think we have an interview with goal scorer Landroam we will go straight there now,
K.R- Hello im Khan Raj from football focus here talking to Landroam the goal scorer for Impshire, Hello Patrik you scored two today in the 4-0 goal match how are you're feelings on this match?
P.L- i feel very good today 4-0 against tranmere is a great outcome being as their a couple of leagues higher than us and they play very good football, and there status is much higher than ours so it was a very good show for us.
K.R- What everyone wants to know is how is Billy Oxby as a manager any wierd techniques?
P.L- He's a very good manager and has lots of words of wisdom at half time team talks really vamps everyone up, he doesnt have any wierd techniques really but he does come up with quotes from a game called metal gear solid 4, which is quite wierd but its working so i'm happy.
K.R- Thank you patrik and we will let you get back to you're team and stealth based manager back to the stuido.

tbh, it dnt look like you're using much 'energy' on this soms
i mean come on, you need to put in a bit more effort! have a look at the successful soms's that are around this forum, tweety pies one, the can cans one, and then compare them to yours!
where are the colours, the bolds, the alignments, the pictures
i don't mean to sound harsh but this sums up everything thats bad about this forum, people making soms's that start like this, getting pissed off that they aint getting any comments and then closing it! |

constructive critism should i take this as? lol i would put all that on if i knew how to. i dont know how to change font colour or anything but i think i might do an update now and try all that. thanks. |

sorry mate
look when your updating, have a look at all the little buttons like 'bold' and 'font colour' and 'font size'
and theres always the 'preview' button, so if it looks bad, you can always just cancel everything you put on |
