My game always says my sim is to tired to climb up the steps BUT we always sleep until our sim gets up to climb it.And before any of you recomend it we have slept in the best bed we can make.And our other sims are climbing it without us.Is it a plot to make us insane?

ok you can use the max motives cheat or build you body level up 2 10 (you'll need to 4 l8r)
at least that is what i did as 4 for the other sims climbing it i can't help you w/ that and yes it iis crazy | |
