Aside from *cough*fansubs*cough* I sure hope someone picks it up for a NA release after it is shown in the japan and they release it with english subs & JP audio like Lorx said.

A-1 Pictures is in charge of the production of the anime. There are also two mangas adaptations, one of them is titled Valkyria Chronicles - Wish Your Smile, it's main characters are two new characters that take part in the war between Gallia and the Empire. And the other manga has the same name of the game and follows the story of the game.

If they eventually do it in english I'd pick it up. I remember downloading Star Ocean EX years ago and there were only a few episodes. However they were nearly identical to the game with little differences. It was a great series but I think I read it was only done half way(through the game that is). I remember I even caught myself holding my hands like there was a controller in them while watching the anime. Good times, yeah I'd buy this for sure.

Does someone notices any different with Alicia when compared to the original? I think she wants to compete against Selvaria in that particular category.

Selvaria had rockin tits, even in the game. They did not even try to hid them, they even had them animated in most of the cutscenes.

I would really like to see this anime, but I do think it will be available to me for a while.

26 episodes seems really short to me.
