Deluge FTW!

Of course I love all the upgarded techniques, they are probably my favourite. The secondary blizzard tech is frustrating for me though...it seems you have to cover the whole screen for it to work, not to mention it has to be fast. It's also a little hard to aim...

You have to draw the lines VERY quickly, they don't really have to be straight.

^The mist is very, very, very handy throughout almost all of the game. Defense ftw.

Though I'm not too fond of the cherry bombs.
Nonsense! I draw three of them, make it rain to douse the fuses, and when the opportunity arises, I use Galestorm to blow the bombs towards a vulnerable enemy, then use Fireburst to finish it. =O

Or you use the piledriver thing that Amaterasu does when you block a physical attack and draw 2-3 Cherry Bombs at the point of impact. That does scary amounts of damage.

I never liked inferno. It's really inaccurate because of the faulty distance feature and doesn't seem to be that large. Anyways I prefer bashing enemies with my actual weapon instead of using brushstrokes.
The Fireburst's range is...ridiculous. The smallest one covers something like 2/3 of the entire field.

Really? I don't use weapons as much as I paint. I find myself running out of ink if I'm not careful, it happens a lot in the Devil Gates because I'm painting so much...
