Do you mean you want to do the sidequest where you fight all the Canine Warriors? Go into that temple where you got the wind brush technique and take a right at the first "intersection" in the temple. Follow the cave untile you get to the end and you should see Princess Fu-Sei and the Canine Warriors.

That was such a pain fighting the Dogs... Make sure you go loaded with Bones & Vengeance Slips, not to mention the Ink Pot thing that the Emperor sells
