176, how pathetic. You could tell he was way over before he even stepped on the scales and Tibau and Neer should have to cut the extra weight too. It's a lightweight fight, not catchweight. Enough of this "we'll agree to fight because we're both over" BS.

Johnson is nearly half a stone over the weight limit he is suppose to fight at? That stupid, for being so far over he should get fined 35% plus of his purse.

The fine is 20% of his purse tonight, which will go to Yoshida.

It's sure nice SpikeTV is showing the UFC non-PPV fights commercial free tonight. Well, except for the commercials they're showing. Way to blatantly lie, Mike Goldberg. Hardonk vs. Barry was pretty awesome, though. Wish I could see the PPV itself.
So what was up with the scoring for the Bader-Schafer fight? 2 30-27's and a 29-26!? Schafer won the second round, not Bader, but where the hell did 29-26 come from? Does that judge not know how to count by 10's? Was there a point deduction for both men I did not know about? And how will Robin get out of the Penguin's diabolical trap? Tune in tomorrow, same Bat-time, same Bat-channel! And yeah, doesn't look like I'll be watching the PPV tonight, so I'll read the full recap later tonight. After thinking about it, maybe Bruce Buffer misread the 8 as a 6, and the score was actually 29-28. That would make more sense. I had rewound my live TV to hear the scores again when it happened and he clearly said 29-26.

Wow. That was the biggest bullshit decision I ever saw in my life.
Shogun clearly won that fight, not Machida. -------------------

What a load of shit. I argued with a buncha people on here and over the place how Shogun would come out ontop, and he gets robbed? Still find it hilarious how so many people doubted him in the first place. Something needs to be done about these tarded judges.

Good luck to the UFC hyping up Machida's next match also. He doesn't look like the guy everyone was nutthugging all these months after he fought a real top guy. God knows where they go after this. Only logical thing is to get a rematch straight away.

Lately, I'm getting tired of Rogen on commentary. His favortism is getting blatantly obvious when he calls fights and even more when the person he was behind loses. Case in point, the main event. How many "Devastating" and "HUGE" blows did Rogen blurt out all night in favor of Shogun but he called absolutely squat about what Machida was doing. What about when Machida had Shogun up against the cage and was unloading a barrage of punches on him and Shogun throws one, ONE, counter punch and Rogen starts screaming out how it was such a huge right hand that changed the face of this fight.
I was just as shocked as many with the decision, hell even Machida was shocked. I thought maybe, if Machida was lucky, he would have won two rounds, possibly a controversial split decision, but this was unanimous. They gave him the first 3 rounds. But for Rogen to go in the cage and ask Machida the type of questions he did and bring in his bias opinion shows lack of class and professionalism on his part. This isn't the first time Rogen's done this, but it's the one where I finally said I have had enough of it. Call the fight, call it down the middle. He's paid to call the fights, not paid to share his opinion.

UFC 104 Post Fight Conference. You can watch it there.
If Anthony Johnson would have made weight he would have won Knockout of the Night. It was funny what Dana said about Steve Mazzagatti. Still no love loss there.

How could I forget this...
quote reilly31 quote reilly31 quote reilly31 quote reilly31What's your thoughts on Shogun now then? quote reilly31And like I said back then... I'm on Shogun's bandwagon cause I know what he can do when he's 100%. You've now seen him at 100% knocking out Liddel and winning (should have) against the untouchable Machida. I said Shogun would beat Machida because I knew he would. He's #1 in that weight class when at 100% and has been since his PRIDE days. Maybe you should take a look outside of the UFC before you hit that enter button in future. You and a buncha other people just ride on the Machida hype that the UFC throwing at you. Time to get off his nuts.
