same with a guy called kyle noke.
he fought george S from the ultimate fighter and is 1-1 with him wouldnt mind seeing a 3rd one. i think they'll have 4 or 5 aussies fighters on the card which is good would love to see an aussie up there fighting for a title or something would help the growth of the sport greatly.

Yeah, Noke and Pang both train out of Integrated MMA here in Brisbane. He also had that fight a while ago with E-XC where he lost by KO to Scott Smith...Can't forget Elvis of course.

Try doing proper spars with your teammates instead of going into a fight. There's no point rushing in to fight to only get your ass kicked, you may aswell take the beating from the others in your gym. I didn't have my first fight until 5 months of training, and even then that's fighting a beginner.

Looks like the UFC is moving on with their MW division with or w/o Hendo. Chael Sonnen (24-10-1 MMA, 6-3 UFC) vs. Nate Marquardt (29-8-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) in the works for UFC 110: "Sources have informed me that the two are awaiting bout agreements and will be added to an already stellar card that the UFC is building for their debut in Sydney, Australia in February." Rumored card so far: - Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Wanderlei Silva - Chael Sonnen vs. Nate Marquardt - Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic vs. Ben Rothwell - Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzysztof Soszynski - James Te Huna vs. TBA *bleep* yes! this card is looking hell good

Not a fan of this match, whilst it basically guarantees the winner a title shot as number one contender, it also means someone loses, which either ruins Velasquez' streak or kills Nogs momentum.
Errr :/, guess they were desperate. -------------------

A loss won't really hurt Cain that much

All Cain currently has is the undefeated streak, the fact he looks unstoppable and that he crushed Rothwell. Lose to Nog and all he has in the way of title challenging credentials is that he beat Rothwell easily. Not enough and the match with Lesnar seems less appealing.
Especially if Nog goes on to lose to Lesnar, which he will. -------------------

I think tomorrow we're finally going to see the coming out party (as Dana would say) for Brandon Vera. His striking is more crisp and technical and he's very hard to take down. He's also good at playing the clinch game up against the cage, which is Randy's game. Both guys are at such a crucial point in their career where a win would do wonders and a loss would be a big setback. I got Vera winning a decision.

I've got to say i was shocked but in a good way with Dan Hardy tonight, i really thought Swick would of been to much for the outlaw but he wasnt, also my stream cut out towards the middle of round three of the Couture fight, but to were i had watched it thought Randy was winning but when i my stream started to work i heard Rogan say he was surprised with the decision, anyone agree with Joe on that one? Would of enjoyed this event more if i was at home an not at work streaming it

All Randy did was hug Vera against the cage. Vera almost finished him with body shots, took him down and mounted him, and got the better when they were striking. What did Randy do? He barely even did any dirty boxing when he had Vera against the cage or couldn't take Vera down. Vera got robbed IMO. Both were terrible, though. Bisping and Hardy both looked awesome.

Ye i saw the body shots, thought Vera shoud of stopped it there, didn't realise Vera managed to mount Randy, was a very boring fight tho to were i saw, but nowadays Randy's fights are never exciting, maybe the one with big Nog but he was just gettin smashed all fight.
