I heard this forum is all consoles merged into one... correct me if im wrong.

no clue considering this is the 360 forum. try asking under the PC forum. you just might find what your looking for

they partially merged the oblivion forums, just the 360 and ps3. PC is still separate.

I don't really want to encourage posting in the wrong forum, but with those specs there is no way you're going to be able to run Fallout 3.
Required hardware: * Windows XP/Vista * 1GB System RAM (XP)/ 2GB System RAM (Vista) * 2.4 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor (Runs fine on 2.2 Ghz AMD athlon or equivalent processor) * Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better/ATI X850 or better) Even on the lowest settings, I don't think it would run it, and Intel graphics are awful for running games; sorry. | |
