Is the call of duty 4 DS in game AI pretty smart or are they little noobs who spray, and do your team-mates actually back you up or do they save their own butts?

The AI are something between those two. The AI isn't pretty smart but not dumb also. Your buddies just kill terrorists so they won't follow always if you leave them.
