	You need to equip the suv item(s) 1st, you can buy them at parum (GRM shop) or at guardian colony armor shop. You need to equip it in extra slot of your armor. When you have accumulated enough damage you will see square and triangle flashing in the bottom right corner of the screen. Press them to activate it.
