Before I begin, I'd like to add on a personal note that this game is making me absolutely FURIOUS thus far with how absolutely frustrating it is.
AITD 4: The New Nightmare was great, this... is NOT SO GREAT.

Anyway, right now I'm stuck in the bathroom in the beginning of Central Park.
The hospital dude on the phone said to look for a first aid kit.
OK, WHERE?!
All I see is a friggin' hand dryer, a cracked mirror, a row of stalls, and NOTHING ELSE.

According to the ONE walkthrough I managed to find, it says I have to "find the room with the two lockers" to get a health spray.
WHAT ROOM WHERE?!
There's only one other door besides the one that the injured dude's friend is blocking, and it won't open.
There's also a cracked wall next to it that looks like it can be brought down if I smack it with something.

Problem is, though there is indeed a metal canister in the room with which to smash open doors and bring down weak walls, MY ARM IS TOO INJURED TO PICK THE GODDAMN THING UP!

I am literally enraged right now.
Seriously, I almost started beating the floor with my controller.
Can anybody help me out here?

you need to go room broke the door and take medicine, go easy you found this , this game very dificult im Egyptian art.. or disaster... just 3 week this level

Yeah, I figured out five minutes after I posted this that I was supposed to shoot the door handle to get in to where the first aid spray was.
Not that it matters much anymore if I need help though, because I'm trading this crap heap in the next time I go to Gamestop.

They should have just stopped at The New Nightmare, and left off on a good note.

I have to agree with you it takes so long to figure out what you hvae to do its like one big puzzle! I'm with you as well i'm gunna trade it in ASAP

You can use the blood bags to the right to distract the little bat guys. Use the alcohol, also to the right. Throw the alcohol at the giant bat and shoot it with your gun to explode it. The Ambulance guy will give you more ammo if needed.

Eventually the big bat will try to floy over the amulance and block the windshield. You'll have to climb through the hatch and climb on the top and shoot the bat from there. Some other creatures will attack from the sides of the ambulance. You just have to shoot them off, keep shooting the bat.
