Ok so I played that game like..years ago and started back. I remember having a medabot that looked like Rokusho but the parts were stronger..how do I get the whole set?

You mean Zorin? You have to fight Dr. Meta-Evil every chance you can to get all of his parts. I think you only get a few spare battles with him, so every battle has to bear a new part.

You also have to sacrifice Bayonet (Metabee's upgraded form) for them.

Ok so far I got the legs and the sword, and I got Bayonet's right arm,what do you mean by "sacrifice" Bayonet's parts? Do I need to like..sell or lose the arm or something? Why can't I just get both medabots?

There aren't enough battles with Dr. Meta-Evil for you to get all 8 parts needed to complete Zorin and Bayonet, so choosing one and concentrating on getting all of his parts (restarting when you don't get a new part, and ect.) is the only way to get one. Thus, you have to sacrifice the other.

When you're given the option to either chase after Dr. Meta-Evil or stabilize the Medabot Paradise (?), choose to chase after Meta-Evil, I think it gives you 1 or 2 more fights.

You also only get one battle with Robo-Emperor, but Zorin and Bayonet are in that battle as well, so you have to choose if you want a single piece of Robo-Emperor or a new part of the others.

Ok well how many parts would it give if I do EVERY battles with him? And isn't there a way to battle him a couple of times in the medalink thingy?

Well, until he reveals himself to be Meta-Evil, he uses different Medabots, so I'm pretty sure the Medalink will not have Zorin or Bayonet in it.

I think I have about 6 parts from him; the completed Zorin, a part from Bayonet, and a part from Robo-Emperor, and I took every opportunity to fight him.

Okay thanks. So far I have the whole Zorin set and Bayonet's right arm. I'll try to get as many parts from Bayonet now and see if I can figure out a way to get all of them or something. Don't really care about the Robo-Emperor..
