Looks like I wont be getting this for a week or so. The *bleep* on eBay just sent me a message saying the game isn't released until the 25th. So I have demanded my money back. What a *bleep*.

Well, there were three threads total in this forum when the game released a couple weeks ago. And, it seems, the initial rush has died down, so apparently only a few people were excited about this game.

I'm waiting to see about this game.... The fact that it was released on PS2 shakes my faith in it. Not really a good sign if you ask me. I mean, there are some really awesome games out there that just couldn't be dulled down for PS2....Evidently, Ghostbusters isn't one of them.

its fun, but took me less than a week to beat it. im at 690gp so far and working on the rest. online is more fun if your playing with people that have mics and work together. i should still be playin in the next week, look me up if ya need help or just want to bust some ghosts!

The PS2 game is not a direct port of the 360 and PS3 versions. In fact, it's more like the Wii version with cartoony graphics and the capturing of ghosts is dumbed down a bit. Don't miss the game on the next generation of consoles just because another version appears on inferior hardware.

Got it today from Play-Asia, and *bleep* me its a good game! I am up to Time Square and have loved every min of it!

That's not really the point I was trying to make.. Sure the wii and Ps2 versions are allot different. But some games, unlike ghostbusters, are just too awesome to appear on Ps2 no matter what you do to them. There's no way could they make MGs 4 or Bioshock on PS2...Usually games appearing on two different console generations aren't too good. After all the hype I was a little surprised to see GB do this.

But I read the review and I'm feeling better about this one. I don't think it's gonna knock my socks off tho.

The gameplay, the graphics, hell even the levels are laid out differently. The only thing that carries over is the dialogue and voice acting, and those things remain unaffected by the graphical prowess of a game.

Just because they release some new music albums on LP doesn't mean you shouldn't buy the CD version if you're a fan of the artist.
