Hi, and thanks for dropping by Academia! This is an exciting new forum designed to give Neoseeker members a dedicated outlet to discuss anything related to the pursuit of knowledge. This includes (but is not limited to) life at school and university - generally speaking, if there’s something you’ve always wanted to know more about, this is the place for you. Hopefully by sharing each other’s experiences with one another we can build a great community of people with a shared interest in learning.

As with all of Neoseeker's forums, the Forum wide Rules of Conduct, Etiquette And Acceptable Behaviour apply, so if you are a new member please be sure to check them out before posting.

If you have a topic that you’re keen to learn more about that isn’t better suited to an existing forum, feel free to post about it. Our regulars will share what knowledge they have so that you can gain a better understanding of whichever subject you desire. Likewise, if another member is unfamiliar with a particular area, we encourage you to share whatever knowledge you can. This forum has a fairly laid back atmosphere and is a fairly catch all place, so most discussions related to learning will be acceptable.

Please note that homework help threads should be directed to the Homework and Tutoring subforum.

Whatever stage or level you are at in your academic journey, feel free to discuss or ask about your formal education. I'm sure there will be people around who can empathise or help by giving you some advice. We have a range of members who can help you with applying for university, deciding what career options you have, or you can even just have a laidback discussion sharing some of your classroom experiences. Need to vent frustration about school? Want to talk about your favourite subjects? Worried about what to do after you finish school? Whatever you want to talk about, as long as it relates to education then it's more than welcome. We also have a range of slightly more abstract topics discussing the impact of education and why it is important, so if you feel up for some in depth and intellectually stimulating discussion you will find no shortage of them in Academia. You never know, you may just learn something too!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to make a thread concerning a country-specific education system, please make sure that you include that country’s name in the thread’s title. This will help significantly in reducing confusion and maximising the number of valuable responses that you will receive.
