When you start hearing it inside your head. It gets annoying hearing "PATA PATA PATA PON" after so long.

I know when I played it the first time the tunes were in my head CONSTANTLY! I heard it all the time, and so walked in the rhythm, typed in rhythm, everything! After a while it got better but for a while I definitely had Patapon-headaches.
Must play this again before Patapon 2 comes out in UK... ------------------- http://www.patapon.co.uk

quote kingoftheskiesPressing the buttons hard won't work. It's about timing. Getting 4 perfect beats with a combo more than 2 will make fever. I also once had a fever then I said to myself "Keep it up!" This message was edited by Bada Bada Bada Bon on Mar 20 2009. ------------------- I am a Firefox lover

Is this game worth buying, cuz by talk and looks it seems like such a fun game but I'm not all that good with rythm games and I'm also not entirely sure about how the gameplay works out...could somebody give me a little more info of this topic?

There's a beat in the background, and you have to get your pack of warriors to fight with a certain 4-button beat. For example, [] [] [] O is "march forward". You press that, they chant "Pata-Pata-Pata-PON!", as square is Pata and circle is Pon. There's an attack command, retreat, etc. You also have to build your army with an array of different types of warriors.
