Whoa! I entered a PSP contest a while back on IGN that had one the Patapon prize pack here as second place. And I won it! The email says I gotta fill out some stuff before they send it. But once I get it, I'll be happy to take some pics for y'all.

I haven't won a contest prize since that giveaway for The Rugrats Movie Soundtrack.

My package came with the prizes today while I was at work. Haven't opened the box yet, but the return address obviously shows that it's the Patapon stuff. Once I get a good look at everything, I'll detail what I can of the prize pack and add some pictures as well (so please excuse the double post if it happens).

Ok, since no one else posted it, it is indeed a double. And forgive the quality of the pictures, all were taken with my phone. Anyway, here are the prizes first hand.

First the t-shirt:



A XL t-shirt featuring multiple Patapons on the front, and the game's shield logo on the back. Of course, with the Playstation and PSP logos. The shirt itself is a tan-brown-ish color. Looks nice though. However, I'm a big guy, so the XL on me is a tad snug. So I plan to wear a loose button shirt over it.



Next the Patapon Magnets:



They give you all the magnets on one "sheet." You can poke them out of the sheet and place them on your fridge or wherever you please (just be careful around electronics as usual). My only disappointment is that the Patapon drums weren't on here. Oh well.

And last, the figure:

Anyway, brief bit of background on this first: The figure is partially manufactured by a company called Be@rbrick. They're famous for their very collectible line of bear figures, which often have custom designs. On top of that, various companies and artists license a Be@rbrick figure for their own designs as well, making some designs very valuable in regards of rarity.




Note the size of the bear in my hands.

This bear has the top of his head not fully colored purposely to emulate the plain that the Patapons travel on through the game. So the front of the bear's head has a Yaripon (I think), while the back has a Yumipon.

On the front of the bear's chest if the Patapon logo, while the back features multiple weapons (standard and some stronger) used through the game, with the back of his right leg donning what looks like a shield. The rest of the bear is jet black

And there you have it: the Patapon Prize Package. Since I got this through a different contest, I have no need to enter this one. So for fellow Neoseekers who entered, I wish you luck on obtaining this swag. And remember:
