I just rented the game because I was bored. It didn't come with instructions and now I am fustrated beyond words! How do you pick up stuff? Treasure cheasts seem to disappear as soon as I touch any button so I have no idea how to open them... and Lumina Stones... how can you collect them? I have the same problem as I do with the treasure chests!

When you land on a space, the interactive object go into a side window that you need to press a button to access and switch between. I can not quite recall which button that is, but you need to use it in some missions to interact with various things contained in some rooms.

hi this is on myrthes part she has to climb a ladder after she has searched the caves but it doesnt come up wiv anything when it says ' there is a ladder against the wall' and i dont know know how to climb it

If anyone can give me more specific advice regarding how to select treasure boxes or open them with the lockpicking skill or by attacking, I'd appreciate it. I don't get boxes that often, but I'd like to learn how to open them before I go too far in the game.

Yes, I'll be brave and reply to myself. It took me 3.5 hours into the game before I figured out how to open boxes. And this is with me already playing another character, so maybe it's really like 5 hours.

-When you see a treasure box, a stair, or ladder, use the directional button up and down so that you can select skills from the menu on the left. The directional button is the old school cursor controller on the left of the controller.
-Click on skills.
-Then if you use the direction right and left, you will be able to select from several events or items in the top left corner.
-Once you have the correct event (box, stair, ladder) highlighted in the upper left, you will be able to choose a skill to interact with that item.

Regarding the use of a ladder, this might require the climb skill. However I'm not sure since I haven't seen the ladder yet in-game.
