how do you get more health or lp or watever? cause i have thomas and i can't get very far without dieing and i don't know how to refil my health, it has some sort of heal in actions but i can't use it, how do i get to heal myself? from: e

Characters that contribute during battle will have their maximum hit points increase at the end-mission screen, where you also pick up more skills.
I'm not sure about life points though, I haven't really noticed them increase at all with any of my characters.
One way to heal in battle, is to have the character you want to heal stop participating in the battle for a few rounds.
Another way to heal while on the map is to press the R3 button to have your party wait for a turn.
Other than that, I don't know what the "heal" in the action menu is all about, it's been awhile since I've played, so I'll have to look into that.
