I saw that the company that made burnout sold to another one and burnout three was announced but, any other info on when the game is suppose to come out ? The 2 was great and i hope this one will be even better.

Well, there will be a Burnout 3 and hopefully there will be a playable demo at E3. The only difference is that it is being made by Electronic Arts as opposed to Acclaim. Hopefully EA will take this series and improve upon what makes it great rather than trying to make it their game.

I saw something on gamespot. They took off Burnout3 from the selectable games in the preview page of the GC's area. And, when you search for it in the ps2 area you see that the game will be coming out on the xbox and ps2. Does it mean that EA won't make the game for the game cube ?

I really liked the second one. I haven't played the first but if the don't make the third for the game cube I'll be piss

That's surprising! Burnout 2: Point of Impact enjoyed great financial success on the Gamecube. Why wouldn't they try to continue that trend?

I guess will have to wait a bit becaus right now, I can't find any good info about burnout 3 for the game cube. I guess, like you said will have to wait for ea to unveil stuff to the public about burnout 3

Well, it looks official, now. E3 has come and gone and no sign of a Burnout 3 for the Gamecube anywhere. Looks like Nintendo has lost a great racing series. Shame on EA!

i have also seen the same at sites like ign.com as well as gamespot.com, but on the positive side they have not gone out and said that it will not be coming out for gamecube so we still have hope. Burnout 2 is most def. one of my favorite racers(for gamecube anyway). I cant stand to buy racers for ps2 bc im not all about the online play, just about single player and racing with friends. The second has given me many fun hours and hopefully the third will come out for the cube and be even better!

this may be true for gamespot, but according to ign.com they have contacted ea and have said they do not plan to make burnout 3 for the gc. You can check the search on burnout 3 if you dont believe me. Sigh, i guess it will be just as good on the ps2, even though i enjoy the gc more.

argh i hate this. Whenever there is a good game on the cube they take it to other console and when a good game is coming for the cube they cancel it. It's getting a bit irritating at least we still have nintendo games but not all of nintendo games are good anyway i just hope they change there mind.

So do I, but it doesn't look good.
