November 07, 2002 - Anubis: Zone of the Enders (or Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, as it's known in the states) will be released in Japan on February 13, Konami JPN announced today. The game's development is nearly complete, and it will be ready to go in time to compete with...well...not very much coming out then, is there? It should be a pleasant experience amid the surrounding drought.
Z.O.E 2 is due to hit the states shortly after its Japanese release, sometime in March. Look forward to further news as it becomes available.

November 18, 2002 - Though Konami has nothing to say on the subject as yet, the Japanese rumor mill and various retail sources are presently abuzz with talk of a demo version of Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner (or Anubis: Zone of the Enders as it's called in Japan) which may be released soon by a Japanese games magazine. A demo version of the game has already been displayed in limited form at Japanese retailers, but there has been no official news of a publicly-available demo.
If Konami ever clarifies the issue, we'll be sure to bring details of how you might get hold of a copy (however complex that effort might be).

December 03, 2002 - Konami will distribute a demo version of Anubis: Zone of the Enders (or Z.O.E 2 if you're in a hurry) in Japanese game shops next January, the publisher officially confirmed today. A demo has been displayed in a limited number of retail locations for some time now, but no copies have been given away to players -- legitimately, anyway.
