is there gona be another ZOE?

Dead Forum but for futre readers, No, there isn't going to be anothor ZOE, you don't even have to look into it. I think it has something to do with the fact that ZOE 2 wasn't that good.

What do you mean ZOE 2 wasn't that good!? I know you are entitled to your own opinion but what you said is is absolutely crazy! It is one of the best mech games out there.Great story,Excellant controls,and swift exciting battles. I'm sure Kpjima will make another one and rap it up as a trilogy.Like he did with the Metal Gear Quadrilogy. (thats right I said quadrilogy)

Well, ZOE is actually a cartoon series, so I am not really expecting a 3rd one, but I wish there was. It was one of the best games I've played, the only flaw is that it is too short, but it still is great !

But wasn't the Anime series based off the game?


So the crappy Anmie series and also having the first game bundled with the demo for "Metal Gear SOlid 2" a few good reasons why this game was not as popular as it should be?

ALso, they rushed the first game to the store before it was completed.


I feel that the second game was over-shadowed by the failiure of the first and was not reconized for the great game that it was.

i remember seeing in a magazine that someone who worked on (i think,don't quote me) Ninja Gaiden or something like that really liked ZOE2 and that Kojima asked if he'd work on a 3rd game. (he said no) but JEHUTY is apparently a pasword or something in Metal Gear Ac!d, so it isn't completely forgotten. plus, there's a statue of Jehuty in Granin's office in Snake Eater. maybe Konami, and Kojima in particular, are hinting at something.
unfortunately, there probably won't be a ZOE, the third runner. not due to quality, but because the thing with Jehuty and Anubis is settled, so there doesn't need to be another one. oh, i'd like to be proven wrong. i'd like to see it surprise released on PS3. as a sneak attack of sorts. but i doubt it.

I hope that there where a sequel or at least that is related to the anime, or some kind of preequel like in MG3

There have been rumors running amoc that a ZOE3 is planned for the PS3 sometime in its lifetime.

Long story short, in the UK gaming magazine PSM3, Hideo Kojima's development team announced that there is a Zone of the Enders 3 in development for the Playstation 3. Sadly thats all the information they're going to release until next month's issue. If anyone does read that magazine, (let alone this forum) please pass the information forward.

i've seen the article. it's pretty vague, but it's better than nothing.
i'm actually a little disappointed it'll be on PS3. ZOE would be sick on Wii. but i guess PS3 will be fine too. ZOE3 will be the perfect game for when i'm pissed at my square button.
