The "Official" Brutal Legend News Thread |
![]() This here establishment is the mecca of Brutal Legend information on Neoseeker I'll keep this up to date with the newest available information as it comes to hand, as in my opinion this game is a certainty for Game of the Year (in my opinion at least). STORY Brütal Legend follows the story of Eddie Riggs, who is the world's best roadie for the world's worst heavy metal band (Kabbage Boy). The game begins one night before a gig. As Kabbage Boy is on stage performing one night one of the members gets himself into a pickle, Eddie saves him but he is crushed by a falling rock. Some of his blood drips onto his cursed belt buckle (which is thought to be a reference to Motorhead’s Snaggletooth), which is really an amulet for Ormagöden, "The Fire Beast, Cremator of the Sky, and Destroyer of the Ancient World".Ormagöden awakens and transports Eddie into a heavy metal and Nordic fantasy inspired alternate history where demons have enslaved humanity. Eddie comes to learn that the fantasy world was created by a race of ancient Titans that left numerous relics and instructions for the following generations behind for them to use to build upon, but neither humans nor demons could decipher their meanings. Only Eddie, due to his roadie skills, is able to make sense of their meanings and can put the Titans' wisdom to use. CHARACTERS CHARACTER INTRODUCTION VIDEO ![]() The protagonist of Brutal Legend, Eddie is the roadie to end all roadies. When the most brutal heavy metal bands in the world want to put on their most killer shows yet, Eddie’s the man they call. Eddie breathes metal, and has unmatched road crew experience under his belt. It’s almost as if he was born with an innate connection to the spirit of metal. Unfortunately, Eddie has an accident while preparing for a huge gig and spills blood on his belt. At this point it becomes apparent that his belt has more than experience to it; the blood awakens the beastly head that is his belt buckle, which promptly drags Eddie back through time to the mythological world of metal. Eddie is no hero, and he’s no action man — although he does seem strangely adept at using an axe he comes across. But what he does know is metal, and that along with the demonic wings he’s mysteriously developed are exactly what’s going to get him through this bizarre land. ![]() Responsible for the enslavement of humanity and a world overrun with vile creatures, Doviculus is the leader of the demons and the being who Eddie must ultimately take down if he’s to liberate the people. A bridge destroyed towards the beginning of Eddie’s journey separates the roadie from the demon leader holed up in the demons’ home base, requiring that he take a detour through the vast world of metal. ![]() Eddie will meet Ophelia very early on in his journey, who ends up being a complicated love interest for the lost roadie. She’s one of the oppressed humans of the world, struggling to fight the demons — one of which injures her badly, prompting Eddie to scale a great mountain to meet a healer who can help her. It would appear from concept art that she’s somewhat two-faced. ![]() Lars Halford is the leader of the human resistance against the evil Doviculus. While Lars is a competent frontman (he has knowledge of the world that Eddie doesn't have), he lacks the organization and management needed to overthrow Doviculus and his legion. This is where Eddie's expertise as a roadie comes in. His name is a combination of Lars Ulrich from Metallica and Rob Halford of Judas Priest. Just incase you weren't paying attention in yor metal appreciation class. Also, his character design was (obviously) inspired by Dave Mustaine of Megadeth and Metallica fame (which is ironic that his name is Lars, one of the people Dave hates most in the world lol) ![]() Lita Halford is the sister of Lars Halford, who both accept Eddie as an ally in the resistance movement aganist Doviculus. Lita can perform a double team move with Eddie in which she first jumps onto his shoulders, then leaps off to deliver a ground attack that stuns nearby enemies. She's named after famous rock stars Lita Ford from the Runaways and Rob Halford from Judas Priest. ![]() Mangus, the sound guy, is one of Eddie's allies. During battles, Mangus takes commands from Eddie and assists in mobilizing the troops. ![]() With healing riffs that’re said to be capable of relieving even the most horrific injuries, the Kill Master is a shamanistic bass guitarist who lives at the peak of a mountain — a strange place for a man whose second passion in life is riding his motorbike. However, despite this treacherous choice of residence Eddie must scale the mountain so the Kill Master can heal his injured friend and join his cause. ![]() A man with hair so long, luscious, and fabulous that he can use it to fly, Lionwhyte is a subordinate of demon leader Doviculus. He employs an army partially composed of headbangers with fluffy hair and accessories, and keeps dancing slave girls in his pleasure tower who ultimately escape and seek revenge. The Baron is leader of a biker group known as the Fire Barons. Eddie eventually allies with The Baron, leading his bikers into battle. The Baron's model is inspired by and voiced by Rob Halford. Rima is queen of the Zaulia, a group of female warriors who ride Metal Beasts into battle. Eddie approaches the Zaulia in an attempt to ally them with Ironheade. Rima's model is inspired by and voiced by Lita Ford. ![]() This Ozzy Osbourne (strongly) inspired character serves as someone who can provide information and/or upgrades to Eddie Riggs weapons (The Deuce included) if Eddie has enough Fire Tributes. He lives inside the core of the planet which can only be accessed by Motor Forge Gates that can only be accessed by Eddies car, because it is made of Ormagodens flesh. Also, for a bit of random information, it was reported in an interview with Jack Black that Ozzy swore a lot more than was scripted (like they didn't see that one coming -NO PIC YET- It is confirmed that a character voiced by Kyle Gass will appear in a side-mission. He plays a 'Neurotic Cannon Operator'. -NO PIC YET- It is confirmed that Steve Agee (of Sarah Silverman and Kitten VS Newborn fame) will provide a voice for the Skull Raker (which I've never heard talk tbh). The Skull Raker is a second tier Tainted Coil unit. -NO PICS YET- Long time Schafer associate David Sobolov (who has done voices in over 40 video games include CoD4, Halo Wars etc.) has been confirmed to be doing voicework for the game. ![]() One of the members of band 'Kabbage Boy' is voiced by Richard Horvitz (of Invader Zim, Angry Beavers and Psychonauts fame). He also voices the guy who gives you the Mortar cannon missions (not the KG ones) -NO PIC YET- This is the guy who gives you the hunting secondary missions, you know? Yeah, that annoying guy. GAMEPLAY Like most Tim Schafer games, Brutal Legend’s gameplay is wrapped around whatever suits the story best. It’s described as an action-adventure game set in an open world that spans around 64 square kilometres, and leans on various games in those genres as inspiration for how it plays. Comparisons can be made to games such as The Legend of Zelda, Fable, Overlord, and God of War, which all feature hack-and-slash gameplay combined with the use of epic power. And like the former two games, the story is flexible and missions can be undertaken in various orders, as well as featuring missions not integral to the central storyline (apparently there are 23 main story missions and 30 side optional missions). Eddie wields an axe — “the Seperator” — which can be infused with various powers that give it special properties. He also has a guitar called “Clementine” that can be played using certain buttons on the game pad, with devastating consequences such as shifting the earth, raising powerful ancient relics, melting faces, and much more. In addition to his own abilities, Eddie can command vast armies of minions that all have unique skills of their own. Little is known about what these minions can do or indeed even what they are, but the epic battles — which don’t happen randomly and have real-time strategy principles — will potentially feature around 80 combatants. To get around the epic world of metal, Eddie can use Clementine to build and extensively customise a hot rod known as the Deuce. While travelling, Eddie can use the Deuce’s radio to listen to metal (explained in more detail in a later section). The Deuce can also be used during battle, sporting attack mechanisms of its own as well as the intrinsic ability to run enemies down. GAMEPLAY VIDEO According to Mr. Schafer, enemies are ‘inter-actable’, such as you can pick up and throw porcupine creatures, or ride an gazelle like enemy called a ‘Raptor Elk’. Enemies can also interact with other enemies, as in one of the videos you can see a Raptor Elk feasting on the corpse of one of the head-bangers Schafer had run over earlier. Bosses in this game include a giant worm and a chrome spider MUSIC One of the most important elements in the game, is obviously the music. Music will be played whilst in your Deuce (and during certain cut-scenes I would assume), you will be able to add and remove songs which you don’t like. The radio station is called ‘the Mouth of Metal’. This is the setlist (in alphabetical order): Setlist Announcement Vid + Rubiks Cube Ownage \/ IF YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO THE SOUNDTRACK \/ MULTIPLAYER Brutal Legend's multiplayer mode is your classic ‘battle of the bands’ scenario. Dubbed an "Action Strategy Mode" (which is just a fancy name for a RTS as far as I'm concerned). All games will feature 2 teams (up to 4 people can be on a team) in an epic battle to try and destroy your enemies stage. You will need to control your minions and strategy to achieve victory. note: For an interesting fact, the Multiplayer portion of the game was designed BEFORE the single player portion, so it hasn’t been half arsed (or so it seems lol). The D-Pad controls your troops that are on screen. Right tells those on screen to go to the beacon (set with a separate button), left has them follow, up is to charge and attack and down is to stay and defend. You can also select specific troop types to command, but otherwise it's fairly limited to what is on screen. You are a general, flying to your various troops to give orders. Oh yeah, every avatar can fly (even Ophelia...?), making travel across the map (and scouting) easy. Also, your avatar isn't as mind-numbingly strong so you can plough through the other team's entire army, your more the commander and tactician. You can still do the plethora of moves you can from the single player mode though. The most powerful move your avatar has is to use a Double Team move (which can be performed by interacting with any of your troops). Be careful with your avatar in the field, though, since if you die and you respawn at your base, your enemy snags 50 of your fans. Your resources are your team's fans. Fans are constantly being added to your total, but there are ways to boost this amount. Each map has at least one (sometimes more) fan geyser. To control this space, you need to bring over your army and play a fan tribute. This will get your army to build a structure around the dormant geyser and get it to start spouting fans into your resource bank. These points on the map are almost as crucial as the stage you're trying to defend. More resources not only mean more troops, but bigger and better troops as well. You can also upgrade your stage for added defenses up to Stage IV. To help keep things balanced, every team has a load cap of 40. Each troop not only costs resources to build, but counts towards your load cap. The better the troop, the more it adds to that tally. So you could have numerous smaller ground troops or focus on a few massive bruisers. It's all up to your own strategy. Doing this many seem somewhat limiting (after all, you can't amass an army the fills every inch of space on a map), but it also helps to enforce balance and ensures no army gets so big that the game breaks. Building your army is just as easy as commanding it. Everything is set on a single button, which brings up a radial menu. The lowest-class troops are on the right, with more expensive and more powerful troops on the left. Just select what you want to build and as long as you have the resources, you'll begin building them right where you stand. So, as I stated, Double Fine and Mr. Schafer aren't half arsing multiplayer, this pretty much re-confirms it for me. Also, I'm not sure whether they just did it so they could show 4 different avatars at one time, but maybe splitscreen online play? I would worship Schafer (even more than I already do lol) if this were true. BANDS A little overview of Multiplayer Ironheade Eddie Riggs' army doesn't have the demonic units like the other two factions. Instead, Ironheade is largely comprised of human combatants. That doesn't make them weaker, it just means you get more headbangers than fire-spitting demons. A proud warrior class, the Bouncers make up in strength and determination what they lack in intelligence, patience, and basic social skills. Some say their cast iron battle fists hide impossibly delicate, carefully manicured hands. Role: Large melee infantry, vehicle-killer Double team: Eddie picks up the Bouncer and drops him, doing area damage and knocking back small infantry. note: In Single player, Bouncers are enemies you fight in some missions. Though they may become allies later on. A clan of outlaw humans, the Fire Barons strive to live only for the next battle, or the next bottle. Or both, that would be fine. NOTE: DON'T SPAM THEM OR YOU ARE A DOUCHE! Role: Fast vehicle, melee-killer, very cheap win if you spam them Double team: Drivable vehicle. Eddie lays down a trail of flaming booze, limiting the movement of enemies. The headbanger is your normal crappy infantry unit. They have been forced to work in the mines for years with no tools or equipment, being forced to carve out the rock with only their heads. Which led to two factions rising between the Headbangers. The tattooed and deep voiced Headbangers which join Ironheade and the Hairbangers; who have higher toned voices and bright, stylized hair that support the cruelty enforced upon them (please let there be a hair metal faction later). Eddie rescues them from General Lionwhytes mines in the mission "Exploited in the Bowels of Hell" fairly early in the game. Which is also when you are given access to Squad Commands. Upon freeing the Headbangers; the Hairbangers also escape and join the Hair Metal Militia in a attempt to stop you. Role: Basic melee infantry, upgradeable Double team: Headbangers gather around Eddie in a circular mosh pit. Most small infantry that approach will be knocked back and suffer moderate damage. NO PIC Based on the General Lionwhyte's legendary defensive installation in the Cleave of the Impaler, the Headsplitter is a ranged vehicle that is both powerful and versatile. Role: Ranged vehicle Double team: Drivable vehicle. Eddie can aim and fire the Headsplitter's weapon, doing higher than normal damage. Tamed only by the gentle touch of the Zaulia, Metal Beasts are a vicious foe in battle against infantry. Role: Large short-range infantry, melee infantry-killer Double team: Rideable infantry. Eddie can aim and fire the Beast's potent breath weapon. Armed with the highly flammable husks of the wild Razorfire Boar, the Razor Girls bring ranged death to Ironheade's enemies. Role: Basic ranged infantry, upgradeable Double team: A Razor Girl hops onto Eddie's shoulders, allowing him to select targets for an enhanced-damage attack. The stealthy Roadies are capable of producing feedback sufficient to bring down even the largest structure. Role: Melee infantry, building destroyer, stealth specialist, hidden from enemies unless in close quarters. Double team: Rideable infantry. Eddie jumps atop one of the speaker stacks, getting all the benefits of his fellow Roadies' stealth. He's then able to create a feedback blast with knockback. NO PIC The Rock Crusher is the ultimate portable stage, when it's time to take the metal to your enemies' front door. Role: Massive ranged assault and support vehicle. Pyro mortars rain death upon enemies from afar while portable speaker stacks motivate nearby troops, raising their damage output. Oh, and there's also the front-mounted crusher. Double team: Drivable vehicle. Eddie plays the Bladehenge solo, summoning the Blade of the Metal Gods upon his enemies. NO PIC Led by Kill Master, the reclusive Thunderhog riders are less focused on doing damage than they are on healing it. Role: Support vehicle, upgradeable. Soothing bass jams heal nearby infantry. Effect does not stack with additional Thunderhogs. Double team: Drivable vehicle. Eddie can take the bass guitar and produce a massive sonic blast, temporarily stunning nearby infantry and vehicles. The Drowning Doom Ophelia leads this crew. I wouldn't call them goth, but let's just say that some extras escaped from a Tim Burton movie and formed an awesome army. ![]() Brides walk the land cloaked in sorrow, searching for love - the only thing they ever wanted during their lives. Or maybe they're zombies who think they look good in wedding dresses. Either way, be afraid. Role: Support infantry, upgradeable. Localized storm slows enemy movement and attack rate. Effect stacks with multiple Brides. Double team: Ophelia dances with her Bride and summons forth lightning strikes upon enemy targets. NO PIC The Brood is a haunting baby carriage that seems to carry an infinite number of ferocious dolls, who are capable of tearing a vehicle to shreds in a matter of seconds. Role: Small ranged vehicle, anti-vehicle specialist Double team: Ophelia leaps into the Brood's void and is able to drive it like a vehicle. When the attack is initiated, the Brood will charge forward and explode, raining cuddly flaming death upon everything in the vicinity. NO PIC The Dirgible is an enigma. Who's in there? What does he want? What sort of life did he lead, that his decaying corpse would be capable of wreaking such havoc on the living? These are all excellent questions. Role: Support vehicle. Noxious ash weakens enemies and causes them to take more damage from attacks. Particularly effective against buildings. Double team: Drivable vehicle. Ophelia hurls funeral urns onto the battlefield. The explosion does damage over time to enemies and slowly heals friendly infantry. The Frightwigs washed their hair in the Sea of Black Tears to give it supernatural luster, strength, and life. Little did they know that after their deaths, their hair would dig its way out of the grave, and pull their heads along with it. A fearsome foe when attacking from afar. Role: Basic ranged infantry, upgradeable Double team: Ophelia tosses the Frightwig onto an enemy unit, forcing it to attack its allies. Frightwigs take a portion of the damage directed at the unit to which they're attached. ![]() Grave Diggers are relatively weak on their own, but tend to gather in crowds, where they can work together to overcome opponents and more easily express their individuality. Role: Basic melee infantry, upgradeable Double team: Ophelia falls into a Grave Digger's hole and is able to travel beneath the ground; when the time is right, she can burst forth, producing a large explosion. NO PIC The ghastly Lightning Rod drivers are being slowly executed even while they fight for the cause of the Drowning Doom. Role: Ranged vehicle Double team: Rideable vehicle. Ophelia can aim and fire the Lightning Rod's weapon. The weapon also can be charged up by holding the Fire button, allowing the bolt of electricity to jump across multiple targets; the longer the charge, the more targets are affected, up to a maximum of eight. NO PIC Mysterious phantoms who refused to let go of life, Organists revel in spreading dread to all in earshot by sapping the confidence of all enemies in the area, reducing the damage they inflict. Role: Support vehicle. Pipe organ music intimidates foes, causing them to do less damage. Effect stacks with multiple Organists. Double team: Drivable vehicle. Ophelia takes control of the Organist and is able to use him to latch onto enemy units, controlling them manually like a puppet-master. NO PIC Is Ratgut the master and his rats the minions, or he in fact a prisoner of these ravenous vermin? The truth may be told someday ... but not today. Role: Short-range infantry, melee infantry-killer Double team: Rideable infantry. Ophelia jumps into Ratgut's spacious stomach; from that location's relative safety, she can control her host's disease-ridden friends and focus their attacks on specific groups of enemies. Tree Back is a creature of few words, and prefers to let his crows speak for him. Role: Massive ranged infantry Double team: Rideable infantry. Ophelia summons Tree Back forth from the ground and sits in his tree as he lumbers across the battlefield. Tree Back has a powerful melee attack, and his crows continue to attack while his Double Team is active. The Tainted Coil Headed up by Lord Doviculus himself, the main villain of Brutal Legend, the Tainted Coil features the most horrific creatures in multiplayer. Doviculus is voiced by eerie Tim Curry, so you may want to choose this faction simply to hear Curry's quips during battle. Doviculus plays a four-headed guitar, which, by reason, is four times as awesome as a standard guitar. Where the other two factions upgrade troops through the normal menu, The Tainted Coil is different. They have a special hierarchy where specific units are needed to produce upgraded troops. Lithe, elegant, deadly, and kinda sexy. The Battle Nun is the most common of the Coil's prestigious Hierarchy class. Role: Melee infantry, hierarchy unit. Super and Ultra versions available. Slowly heals nearby minions and quickly regenerates her own health when surrounded by minions. Double team: Doviculus must hold an audience with Battle Nuns to produce Tier 1 squads. NO PIC Prior to battle, the loathsome Bleeding Death is stuffed violently into its ballistic Iron Maiden (Iron Maiden? Good reference to a band YOU DIDN'T PUT IN THE SETLIST!). When the maiden is fired by the Coil's Pain Cannon and the Bleeding Death is finally unleashed upon the battlefield, it brings with it complete destruction. Mortally perforated by its prison, the creature slowly bleeds to death, even while bringing destruction to its foes. Role: Massive melee infantry. Refuses to follow orders. Double team: Currently Unknown (more than likely doesn't have one) ![]() Druids are the basic infantry of the Tainted Coil and wear large red robes to hide their ghastly and ugly form underneath. In combat they will slightly circle their prey and then lunge forward with a sword attack. Druids can also wield torches that do more damage and slightly mess up the players screen when hit. Druids are deployed in large squads and possibly have more weapon styles unseen in the demo. Double team: Currently unknown NO PIC The Hate Cage is really two distinct creatures - the gigantic (if mindless) legs and the caged demon, who is nothing more than a twisted lump of pure, unfiltered hate. Role: Massive ranged infantry. Caged demon spits liquid hate at enemies. Any foes standing near the cage will also be soaked in hate, causing them to take more damage from attacks. Double team: Rideable infantry. The Cage has a powerful stomp attack. NO PIC The Heart Cutter's sacrificial hearts are selected for muscle mass, blood flow, and ripeness. Originally human victims were used, but the Druids (who are otherwise unrelentingly vicious) proved more squeamish than Doviculus had expected. Role: Ranged vehicle, anti-vehicle specialist Double team: Drivable vehicle. The Druid stabs Doviculus himself in the heart, producing an array of deadly blades at the targeted location. NO PIC The Overblesser is the singular leader of the Coil's hierarchy class. He strides righteously across the battlefield and passes fiery judgement upon his foes from atop a ghastly four-legged altar. Role: Ranged infantry, hierarchy unit. Slowly heals nearby minions and quickly regenerates his own health when surrounded by minions. Double team: Doviculus must hold an audience with the Overblesser to produce Tier 3 squads. The Dominatrices' love for their Slave is almost as potent as their hatred of Doviculus' enemies. However, in the end, both are treated similarly. Role: Basic ranged infantry. Super and Ultra versions available. Double team: Doviculus jumps atop the Slave and is able to manually throw spears at a target. The Screamwagon provides support and motivation to Coil forces. Role: Support vehicle. Super version available. Cycles between three buffs for nearby allies: Reduction of damage taken, increase in damage done, and accelerated growth when summoning new squads. Duplicate buffs don't stack, but Screamwagons set to different buffs will work normally. Double team: Drivable vehicle. The wagon sprouts deadly frontal spikes, and the active buff can be cycled. NO PIC The Skull Raker may have the mind of a demented infant, but he's got the body of a much larger, even more demented infant. Role: Large general-purpose infantry, effective at short or medium range. Super version available. Double team: Rideable infantry. Doviculus uses his staff to strike the Skull Raker's head directly into enemies. NO PIC The Soul Kisser is a leather-clad scissor-headed maiden of pain. Role: Basic melee infantry. Super and Ultra versions available. Double team: Doviculus can take hold of a Soul Kisser and hurl her at an enemy. She'll explode on contact, dealing heavy damage to any target. Regrettably, the Soul Kisser's life is lost, but her heroic sacrifice will make her legend for generations to come. NO PIC Only summonable by guitar solo, Tick Choppers are impractical under most battle conditions. However, on occasion, their unique demeanor and deadly blood-draining tick attack is a perfect fit for a specific tactical situation. Role: Fast vehicle, melee infantry-killers. Only summonable via guitar solo. Double team: Currently Unknown NO PIC The noble Warfathers represent the elite of the Coil's hierarchy class. By reading prayers from their Unholy Tomes, they unleash powerful ranged attacks on enemies. Role: Ranged infantry, hierarchy unit. Super version available. Slowly heals nearby minions and quickly regenerates his own health when surrounded by minions. Double team: Doviculus must hold an audience with Warfathers to produce Tier 2 squads. Here are the ones so far: Brutal Thoughts #1 Brutal Thoughts #2 Brutal Thoughts #3 Brutal Thoughts #4 Brutal Thoughts #5 Brutal Thoughts #6 MISCELLANEOUS The game, despite being rated "Mature" by the ESRB, will include two optional filters for content. The first filter is one for profanity, which will "bleep" out words and mask such on screen using the Parents Music Resource Center "Parental Advisory" label, a factor that Schafer considered to be part of the history of heavy metal. Schafer noted that while the script did not include much profanity, actors like Ozzy Osbourne introduce more into their parts, and will be filtered through this option (in other words, Ozzy swears too much lol). The second filter will reduce the amount of gore, preventing any dismemberment and disabling blood in the game. Schafer stated the filters were added to the game in considering of older players that may not wish to see such aspects, or for parents who opt to play the game with younger children (but that really begs the question as to why they would buy a heavy metal video game for their kids in the first place...). ACTIVISION'S DICK LEGAL MOVE It has been announced today that the EA VS Activision legal battle that has been going on since July has been settled 'out of court'. It has been stated that Activision will recieve "little to no compensation". Common sense prevails for once... Now if we could just get the OFLC to get a R18+ rating... DEMO On September 24, a demo will be released in the US and Canada. If you pre-order the game your gonna get the demo a week earlier than the public (the 17th of September). The demo will be released on both Live and PSN (PS3 gets some lovin? Awwwww) for the rest of the world on the 1st of Rocktober. The demo is of the single player portion of the game from the Opening Cutscene to the boss fight with the horned lamprey (which is about, 15 minute of gameplay [10 if you rush]). DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT The first DLC for Brutal Legend will be released on the 5th of November consisting of a 2 brand new maps for the multiplayer mode of Brutal Legend. It will be released for both PS3 (for free until the 19th) and Xbox360 (for 400MS points). This message was edited by Aussie Legend on Oct 27 2009. ------------------- ![]()

Apparently EA Denmark has "leaked" the official set list on kotaku. Over 100 songs with something for everyone to like, but there's no Ace Of Spades.

Ace of Spades was just a guess, its been in RB2, GH:M and GH1 so I thought it would have a decent chance. Thank god its not, I'm *bleeping* sick of that song.

You don't pre-order the demo silly, if you pre-order the game you must get sent some kind of code or something (like the Tenacious D guitar). I personally think it was just worded wrong, my guess is it will be open to the public.
EDIT: After looking about a little bit more, I found that the 'pre-orders' get the demo on the 17th, while the regular public get it on the 24th (only a week later). This message was edited by Aussie Legend on Aug 19 2009. ------------------- ![]()

You seem to be the biggest fan of this game in the forum.
Because of that, I was suggesting that (if you haven't intended to do that already) you place information in pages with little to no content when the game comes out and said information is acquired. ------------------- Niente è vero, tutto è permesso. | |
