You can fly up in Budokai 3, Shin Budokai, and in Shin Budokai: Another Road.
The real improvement is the combat. The combos feel better, and the new Aura Spark mode really adds something to the combat. Sure, the cutscene doesn't change, but it doesn't get old. -------------------
