First of all, R6V2 uses the Unreal Engine, which is used for other popular games, such as Army of Two. I think the graphics are great, and the ragdoll physics are awesome. No complaints about the engine.

I never played Vegas 1, so I can't say this game isn't refreshing to me, but I can see how it might be repetitive for Vegas veterans. Still, Coop is very enjoyable and it took me about 4hrs to beat with a buddy. T Hunt provides plenty of hours of fun and the leveling up system is outstanding. Customization options and graphics stomp CoD4. Blind fire is realistic, unlike Army of Two, terrorist AI is very intelligent and requires you to use tactics, which is especially fun when playing coop or online story/T Hunt.

Third, CoD4 is a TOTALLY different style of game. I have played every Rainbow Six game (except vegas 1 because I didn't have a 360 at the time), and they have always been TACTICAL shooters, with an emphasis on accuracy, planning, strategy, and quickness. CoD4 is more of an ACTION shooter, with quick respawns and lots of explosions for the ADHD generation. In fact, my ADHD roommate plays it nonstop. However, CoD4 is one of my favorite games of all time and offers some great strategic game modes and maps.

With that being said, CoD4 is a great game, but a very different game from R6V2. Vegas 2 is a lot of fun and offers a great change from the monotony of prestige mode. If you're a fan of sabotage, domination, or search and destroy on CoD4, you will have fun with this game's online. Offline is fun for just about anybody, and even more fun for anybody with a friend for coop. Hope that helps!

I dont see why people hate this game so much. the only thing I dont like is that they didnt bring back calypso casino for attack and defend.

Hey, if you don't like it, you don't like it, but I think it is a great game. Online will certainly be more fun when I get a little more experience with this franchise and join a clan. Let us know what you decide, I think it's worth keeping

I have to pull you up on this point. I know graphics are somewhat subjective but I can't see how anyone can say that R6 looks better than COD 4. It simply doesn't.

Steel, I wasn't talking about the graphics of the game in general, I'm talking about customization options and graphics, meaning the fact that you can customize the way your soldier looks, and not just be one of 2 or 3 randomly generated models on your team. I don't think R6 has better graphics, but they are realistic. CoD4 is a bit over the top, you have to admit. They know their graphics and the game is awesome, and they certainly throw a lot of cinematic elements into that game to make it even more appealing to a upcoming generation of gamers who can't go 10 seconds without an explosion. I love CoD4, its a great game, but it's not fair to say that CoD4's greatness diminishes R6V2, which I find to be a whole lot of fun and a great gaming experience

Damn right lol. You cant compare a run and gun to a tatical...taticals are more difficult, regardless of who you play with.

I have seen people TERRIBLE at games do well in CoD4...running around getting lucky.

CoD4 is a more fun, fast paced game, but not as enjoyable overall. Still a awesome game.

R62 adds SUCH awesome team play and tatical play....damn. CoD4 you almost dont even need a mic...its actually better without it sometimes lol, and im not joking.

Overall, I find myself likin R62 more.

Well, considering 90% of my online play time in CoD4 is in Hardcore S&D, it sounds like I would like this game.
